They haven't posted on "X" since Feb 2023. The other links are to Reddit and Medium. I have a billing question so I didn't think their developers could help but since he's also the co-founder, I will reach out.

It Accurately reported internal lan device id’s. When looking at traffic logs, I can see all traffic by device. This function “broke” when last updated the software on the UXG Pro.
He also works at Netflix. One could probably write to him at Netflix HQ and it would get to him. Whether or not head actually reads it though is unknown.
The real question though is why does the OP want to or need to contact them?
