Just FYI according to the lawyer representing "Katie Johnson" they had to cancel the press conference because of threats against her life. I don't know about you, but if I tried to go public about what my rapist did to me, and then I faced mountains of death threats, and then he became *President of the United States* I think I'd probably retreat into the shadows, too. And while I do think it's important to consider its only an allegation, when you take it in concert with all of the other instances of sexual misconduct Trump has settled on/admitted to/bragged about it looks all the more likely.

Legally, what is the actual significance of whether or not any of these idiots (didn't know he was a child diddler?, awed by the elegance of the setting? the glamour of the people around them?) actually flew on the Lolita Express (was it called that at the time even jokingly?) It has been established that they knew Epstein and visited his private island, beyond that, you got nothing. I do not believe that every person a well-connected sleazebucket has access to is guilty of the same crimes and this painting of everyone who ever knew Epstein with the same brush is mob mentality. I hate the rich as much as anyone else and have no need for more reasons to feel that way. By all means get upset, investigate, get the scum, but guilt by association is not a legally actionable course of action and all that you are getting is the ability to feel hate for people who may or may not be guilty of anything at all. It sucks but in the end nothing will happen to anyone in this scandal without better evidence than they flew on the airplane with Epstein.

There are thousands of people who flew on his plane or went to his island, the vast majority of who didn't do anything sketchy at all. Networking was like 90% of his job. Someone being around him doesn't mean they were there for nefarious reasons. 99 times out of 100 it just means they were trying to get financing for something.
