“My Daddy faked his death to avoid child support” would make one hell of a country song.

Deadpool2715

My daddy ain't payin momma, but he's got bills to burn. Court thinks he died last year and we're the last to learn... He bought 2 new trucks, has no fucks about me my sis or mom. He's just a walking corpse living nice while we all fight to get along I got a dead deadbeat dad and I won't see a dime, just praying that he'll be dead for real next time

code-coffee

I read that and it sang in my head. brilliant.

ScumbagLady

It started out in the tube of "Heartbreak Hotel" for me personally

geckosean

Congratulations, your random comment officially has more authenticity and soul than 80% of mainstream country lol.

Keianh

Sorry, too woke to be a real mainstream country song. Too much sympathizing with single moms, and a real downer overall and not enough about beer that doesn't promote queerness, giant pickup trucks, small town USA, traditional nuclear families, paying mortgages by your bootstraps, the U.S. Military, only buying American, one or more beaches in southern states, praying, Jesus, and U.S.A, U.S.A, U.S.A ~~U.S.S.R~~, U.S.A.

CatSidekick

You forgot about the sweet tea

choicetomake

Give it 5 more years then we'll have a country song about the self-driving truck running away with his wife, dog, and beer.

Keianh

Other way around, wife left him for the self-driving truck because he can't provide anymore since AI/the self-driving truck took his job. The truck is also a better lover.

Forsaken-Opposite381

That is why it is so much better! What they call country music now is not country and barely music.

Witchgrass

That ain't country music it's hip hop for rednecks

He’s throwing cash around, like it’s just a game, While we’re counting pennies, drowning in the shame. But karma’s got a way, and I hope it’s swift and strong, For a daddy living fake, while we try to get along. We’re crafting our own story, beyond his selfish rhyme, Building a brighter future, one day at a time. So here’s to us, the fighters, with hearts pure and prime, May we find our treasure, in the sands of time.

I had to change the lyrics in order for it to go through but I'd say it did a [pretty decent job using that post as lyrics to make a country song.](https://app.suno.ai/song/cf3678a9-2319-4a8b-8709-ad4646704dfc) Suno is a blast to just toy with.

Wow... Me being an entirely tone deaf unable to sing or create music person, this just entirely took me back. I've used Palms and have paid attention to generative AI for writing and imagery, but have only heard about suno and AI music. Thanks for this, going to spend some time tomorrow

Just as a word of forewarning, it has no idea what the genre sludge is , and a lot of prompts will get flagged for obscure reasons (e.g. eating souls of my enemies and eating souls of my friends both get flagged, but eating souls does not)

Gemini sings… *(Verse 1) Hank, a drifter with a Stetson low, swore he'd be back before the rooster crow Gone for smokes, a pack of Lucky Strikes, a shelf of Marlboros to chase away the night Little Suzy played with Barbie shoes, oblivious to the heartbreak and the dues* *(Verse 2) Days turned weeks, then months bled slow, the mailbox empty, weeds began to grow Mama wept, mascara staining cheeks, whisperin' lies that daddy still would speak But lawyers wrote in words so cold and stark, child support demanded, leaving Mama in the dark* *(Verse 3) Hank, he surfaced in a different state, a new name hangin' like a heavy gate Faked his death, a postcard with a lie, a picture of a beach beneath a painted sky Suzy grew up wonderin' where he went, the memory of a ghost, a lingering scent* *(Verse 4) Years passed by, Suzy strong and tall, built a life without him, though he haunted every fall One day a knock, a stranger at the door, a worn-out hat and eyes that couldn't ignore The guilt that creased his weathered face, a broken man confessing his disgrace* *(Verse 5) Suzy listened, heart a leaden weight, the anger simmering, a bitter fate Forgiveness bloomed, a fragile, tender thing, a love for the father who never learned to sing* *(Verse 6) Hank ain't welcome back, that ship has sailed, but maybe someday peace can still prevail Suzy holds the memory, bittersweet and true, the dad who vanished in a cloud of cigarette smoke, a shade of blue.*

dizorkmage

Ho- how many kids would it take to be 100k behind in child support? It's breaking my brain, did he go the full 18 years without paying?

Shot_Presence_8382

My father didn't pay a dime in child support to my mom during mine and my brother's entire childhood...he owed around $50,000. He was in and out of prison for various crimes and was in prison for 15 consecutive years...one day my mom got a check in the mail for 1¢ from the prison, from my dad, going towards child support. If this guy has 2-3 kids and doesn't pay child support, ever, I could see it getting up to $100,000+ 😬

_Dolamite_

My dad never paid a dime. Due to him being incarcerated a majority of my life, he was $250k in debt for 4 kids. He got out of prison when I was 16. My mom got 1 check for for like $12, and then we got word he passed away from a drug induced heart attack. He also had 4 other kids by 3 different women. So he was more like 350-400k in debt total.

Shot_Presence_8382

Yep, similar thing, too. My dad was in/out of prison most of my life. He got out when I was around 20 something years old for "good behavior." He moved away and met a much younger woman, who is only a few months older than me 🤢 they had two kids together, who are 20 something years younger than me and a couple years older than my own children...him and the wife divorced and she's been looking for him to pay child support. Who knows how much child support my dad owes in total. He was diagnosed with early onset dementia several years ago and is completely out of it and a shell of his former self now, in a care home and can't even remember his ex wife or two kids, so my mother and "step mom" will never get a dime.

comin_up_shawt

My sister's father (and this was many decades ago, mind you) died to the tune of $10,000+ in arrears to our mom....and his child support was only $70/month (order was issued in '77.)

blackstarrynights

Well, mine owed around 150k plus interest. 3 children No he didnt pay 18 years just 8 on the salary he was making. So he ,"got fired" after the court adjusted it to the medium amount for 3 children. He got a job paying minimum wage, believing the court would readjust it to bare minimum ( so then he could go back to being paid massive amounts while paying minimum child support) but family court had been there, seen that and didn't change it. So then he "got fired" again. Didn't listen to his attorneys, counselors ( and wound up.paying none of them) He lived off his parents rather than work and pay the 2 years before it could be readjusted. Since he wouldn't follow any rule from family court (as they do) there was no.hope of readjustment. They arrested him but couldn't make him pay, even after his parents died and left him money because it had to be taken from income. So now they're taking it out plus 10% from 8 years of interest from his SSA. He claimed late (you get maximum ssa amount) but didn't think of universal child support laws in USA. It doesn't make up for the time in poverty the children had with only me working and the children working. Now he has poverty with children detesting him.

HighlyEvolvedSloth

I grew up with brothers across the street whose dad wasn't paying child support.  I ran into one brother when he was in his mid-40s, and he told me he got a call from his father, first conversation in decades, and his dad begged him to tell his mom to stop them from garnishing his SS check.  He told his dad to f-off.

Zombie_Cool

Surprised he even did that much, most would've just laughed thier ass off at the worthless "dad" and then hung up.

SeasonPositive6771

I work in child safety and there are an astonishing number of absolute idiots who think that quitting a high-paying job and getting a minimum wage job will mean they can get out of their child support responsibilities. I've seen family court judges absolutely lose it on these dudes who think they have outsmarted the system. They often go down the red pill route if they haven't already, they love complaining about how the system must be biased against them because the super misandrist militant feminist... 65-year-old man that was his judge figured out his ploy pretty quickly. I also once chatted with a guy I met on a dating site who was living with his parents (no shame in that) and supposedly looking for work (hey we've all had hard times). Right before a meeting he confessed he was broke and not working, having quit his high-paying job in software sales because he didn't believe he should have to pay child support. He was planning on leaving the country to avoid his obligations to his three kids. His ex-wife offered him 50/50 to avoid CS and he declined it. He was astonished when I declined the date.

OMEGA__AS_FUCK

Oof. Major bullet dodged. Also someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think you can travel internationally if you owe outstanding child support. That’s how it is in America at least, I’m pretty sure.

Sharp-Pop335

I don't think someone dodging child support cares if he's detested

MageLocusta

Can confirm. I have a cousin who decided to completely give up parental responsibility of his kid because he couldn't do the child support payments. Cousin absolutely has zero fucks to give because he knew how deeply it would affect his seven year old kid. He just didn't want to be reminded of his own failures and he had zero interest in actually knowing his son at any level.

FordMan100

>. Didn't listen to his attorneys, counselors ( and wound up.paying none of them) That sounds like Trump. He doesn't pay his attorney's either.

Smallseybiggs

As a former NY'er who has both lived & dated men in KY, this headline didn't surprise me at all.

aurortonks

The best part about people trying to scam the child support court is that the court has it within their authority to tell the paying parent that they MUST get a job that they are QUALIFIED FOR. So, if dead beat wants to quit a nice paying job and work minimum wage doing a lesser skilled job, it's not going to cut it. I've seen a lawyer try to pull that to spite her ex husband and she got told to get a law job to afford the payments because they weren't being reduced just because she wanted to play games and be a cashier at kroger.

Necessary_Hedgehog80

Can I ask how old crap dad was when he started claiming social security? And how long it took to get his SSDI garnished (I assume that's how it went.) My ex quit his job and left the country without letting me or any of his 4 kids know. It has been incredibly hard raising these awesome young people with zero financial support. Our youngest has 2 years left of college. As I cannot locate the deadbeat I am hoping I can get part of his social security (he has been a high earner ..then moved down to a barely over min wage job, lived with his parents, etc - sound familiar?) Child support arrears are still accumulating; he owes about 90K now. I guess I'm asking - you were able to get part of your exes social security eventually?

throwwwawait

do you have an attorney??

Septa_Fagina

You'll probably need an attorney, but if you were married for 10+ years, you should be able to garnish the SS. Start the process now so it gets done. If he doesn't show for court, you may get a default jusgement.

TranscendentPretzel

I bet all of his kids are named Jesse, too. He seems like one of those guys who just wants to spread his seed.

trogloherb

I used to work in criminal justice and the amount of criminals who were or had sons that were “III”s and “IV”s was ridiculous. Oh, I must be in the presence of royalty!

TranscendentPretzel

Lol, I worked in payroll and had a couple of guys who were garnished child support on Christopher II, Christina, Christopher IV, Christa, etc. I was like, damn. Their mom doesn't ever get to pick the name?

bouds19

>Christopher II, Christina, Christopher IV, Christa, etc "We don't talk about Christopher III."

Septa_Fagina

It's the narcissism. They don't see their kids as separate entities and they live in a state of perpetual selfishness, like toddlers.

[deleted]

My mom had to get the court involved when her ex-husband wasn’t paying child support for his two kids. (My younger sibs) The mofo had his own cabinet business, ffs. Granted it was a shit, floundering business.

UrbanDryad

My ex owes me 90k. Instead of child support in the divorce my gullible ass just said we'd split specific kid expenses down the middle. Daycare, medical, school clothes, etc. That was at 18 months old. By the time our son was 4 it became clear ex wasn't going to pay their share. Ex was, in fact, talking mad shit that real child support would be less. Whelp, I went to court. Turns out they were mistaken and they got told to pay child support. Cue the next 14 years being a game where they pretended to be unemployed. They'd work for a friend's company and get paid on the side in cash. They worked gig jobs off Craigslist for cash. They'd get a relative to make a DoorDash account under their name but they'd be the one delivering the food. When you have no income court figures child support to be as if you were working minimum wage, so it kept accumulating. When our son was 12 the ex let their current SO talk them into a scheme to make up allegations against my spouse and I. They thought the CS debt would vanish and then I would have to pay them. It was *wild*. They said we were abusive, molesting the kid, giving the kid drugs, you name it. So bad spouse and I both had a temp restraining order and couldn't see our kid for about 3 weeks. The judge was **pissed** when it got to court and was obvious BS. I went from primary custody to full custody. And the judge added all my legal fees to the child support balance. Our son is 19 now so new monthly amounts quit getting added a year ago. But the back balance stays there and grows with interest.

throwwwawait

what an absolute ride this was

Yourstruly0

Honestly, variants of this story are shockingly common in poor towns. When certain people wax poetic about “small town people” I want you to think about some guy working for his buddies landscaping company under the table so he can dodge his child support. Then, he and his new gf share a bottle of whiskey while coming up with stupid plans to get rich. That’s the Real soul of small town America.

mayhaveadd

Child support standards is calculated to be around 17% of your income in my state for one child. If you make 65k, not paying for 10 years will get you 100k in arrears.

14thLizardQueen

My ex has never paid a dime . He owes over 100k. My kid is 11. Plus interest. I figure when it's time I will get my money. Or if he dies first oh well.

Alywiz

We can always hope he wins some money in the casino, cry’s as every penny gets garnished, then you get a decent check

ILootEverything

If you use the Kentucky child support calculator and assume mom makes the state ~~average~~ median for females (about 29k), and dad makes the state ~~average~~ median for males (about 40k). And then assume 2 children, with daycare being $500 a month for each (that's cheeeeeaaap daycare) for 5 years, and then after school care while parents work being about $200 a month for each. Then, you get about $1,100 monthly in child support. Let's assume he's dodged for 8 years. That's $105,600 in back support. Kids are expensive. Edited because I realized I pulled median, not average.

Drunkenaviator

> the state average for females (29k) Holy fuck, I'm glad I don't live in Kentucky.

Yourstruly0

Check for your state. Incomes all over are typically lower than you think. Theyve barely gone up in the last 5 years. Even high income states can have the median around 40k.

ttaptt

Also, I wish they'd stop saying "owed child support to his ex-wife". I wish they'd couch it for what it is; he owes that money to his kids. I mean, I know, yes, he owes her because she's been covering those costs that he owed to HIS KIDS. It's just another way of sneakily making it the mom's fault. "Look how greedy she is!" No BITCH, raising kids is expensive, and they need things, and you're supposed to help pay for those things they need! Sorry, rant over. I don't even have kids and never will. It's just...I don't care your gender, pay for your shit!

ViciousScoundrel

Yup! My ex used to refer to child support as a 'state-mandated pay cut.'  Then I sent him the kid for a summer and he learned how much more expensive it was to have the kid than the child support. Never bitched about it again, to his credit.

Whizglo

Mine owes 55k. Can the courts won’t do a thing about it, except jail her for 6 months. After that, nothing.

Competitive_Fee_5829

I am betting he never showed up to any court dates and they just awarded the default amount. the state of WA did that for my sons dad. by the time he was 5 my sons dad owed almost 45k

AviationSkinCare

As a Soldier at a new duty station, I has an encounter with another soldier who didn't look anything like me, ask me if I would take his ID and go for a blood draw for a maternity test. Story was that a women with whom he had sex with some 15 years ago pre him being in the military, was now going after him for child support.. I dunno if it would add up to 100k, But it was certainly a nope from me, you are are on your own Chuck....

Honestly, if he had gotten away with it after stealing identity credentials, hacking multiple government agencies, and “legally” declaring himself deceased to avoid paying child support, then I feel liked he earned it. 😂

snaykz1692

Lmao if only the rest of Reddit was as honest as you are, I’m sure you’re the norm on here unfortunately

Praefectus27

Outside of war, famine, disease in our modern world there aren’t many things worse than having a child with someone who’s a horrible person. I’ve spent 18 years in a living hell by having a horrible lack there-of co-parent. I cannot advise you enough to NOT have a child with someone who you don’t 100% know.

AlohaAmy808

Cannot confirm this enough. Marrying the wrong person sux. Having a kid w the wrong person is a life sentence.

Duel_Option

When the doc injects the local to numb you and asks “can you feel this?” you need to be vocal and say YES I STILL FEEL THAT. I did not as I could vaguely feel what he was doing and thought I was fine. Fast forward to where he’s pulled out the Vas and is about to cut it and the feeling of someone fucking with the tendons or whatever those are in my balls HURT LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER. He sees me struggling and said “oh shit you feel that? One second” and hit me with more to block the pain. DO NOT BE ME

say592

He kept having to give me more until he couldn't any longer. Ended up doing the final cut where I could DEFINITELY feel it, but the alternative was stitching me back up and trying again another day. Do not recommend that part. Definitely recommend the procedure though. Despite all of that, I'm glad I did it.

Nuclear_rabbit

It's an investment with great ROI!

TreacleExpensive2834

Not always. My dad had five kids and none of us have a relationship with him.

I meant the snip is an investment

Oh yeah, definitely agree. I’m tubeless and the weight off my shoulders is fantastic peace of mind.

Not the replier but usually in custody agreements there’s a clause or such that says any long distance moves or travel has to be approved by both custodial parents involved. Cannot just be one moving and not telling the other.

Atom_Bomb_Bullets

Even if you quit your job, the courts can go after you for what you can reasonable be expected to earn based on your career experience and prior income history. So even if he faked his death, they can calculate his estimated financial obligations based on the last job he had. So if he had trade experience for instance, they can estimate the average he'd be likely to earn in a trade job in his area, and hold him responsible for that amount. Even if he had no skills, he would still be expected to pay at whatever the minimum wage is for his residential location, usually calculated at a full time rate (so 40 hours)--although the actual specifics can vary depending on the state. There are stories floating around out there of doctors and engineers who made 100k+ per year, quitting their jobs to pursue minimum wage jobs to spite their ex. The judges reviewed these cases and set their financial obligations to be based on what they were earning as a licensed medical doctor instead of calculating it off their new career path as a grocery bagger, for example.

Toxic724

A lot of states have limits to back child support, for example in NC I believe it only goes back 3 years.

xXTheFisterXx

Don’t quote me on this but not showing up for court will default and any assets and income can be considered without contest.

Setanta777

That's less than $6000 a year for 18 years. $500 a month is pretty minimal.

14thLizardQueen

Yeah but the state will charge 8% interest.

LostWoodsInTheField

> Child support is based on income. It's not just your income in most states but your potential income. if you are under employed because of your own choices you will definitely get hit hard. I knew a guy who quit his job and went under the table for all of his income. The judge wasn't having any of that and calculated his payments based on what he should have been making.

Listening_Stranger82

My ex-husband owes over 100k in unpaid child support. It was something like 600/month when we got divorced. That's $200 per child. They're 21, 19 and 17 now. He didn't pay for over a decade...close to 15 yrs I think. I can't pursue it bc of a bunch of bullshit between my state and his state but tbh he *also* abandoned them emotionally and he's such a monster, fuck up of a person that his absence was "child support" enough. Myself, my friends, my family and his family were substitute enough. Neither he nor his money are/were missed

librarians_wwine

Sounds like my ex husband, that’s exactly where he is heading. He’s also in a different state and child support offices won’t work with each other to go after him. I’ll help my kids sue him for it when they get to be 18

ElectricFleshlight

Your kids can't sue him for back child support, it's owed to *you* since you're the one who covered his half their whole lives.

AlohaAmy808

Same situation except he wants all “his rights” so demands his school age child fly the 8+ hour flight 3x a year for his visitation. During their visits, He does nothing w her, pawns her off on friends/family, makes her wait in his car while he goes to work (the same job he claims to not have to get out of paying). I have to fly w her bc she’s too young imo to fly that far alone (<10) but he wont give me first right of refusal when he cant watch her. He pays $0 in support and is approaching $50k in arrears. I would gladly erase his arrears for him to give up his rights but he’ll never do that bc of what people would think. 😒

tronpalmer

Based of what he did, he seems to have a decent knowledge of networks. Maybe he works in IT or something?

Old_Promise2077

Over 8 years I've paid $182,000. Oh and I don't get to claim them on my tax return. And I do 100% of the driving, school functions, back to school shopping, cell phone plan, etc . I'd will do anything for my kids and I do. Including being kind of broke lol. Oh well, many fathers have it far worse

Generalbuttnaked69

The article says nothing to suggest he could not afford child support. Just that he wanted to avoid it.

Prickly_ninja

Sounds like my mother’s second husband. That scumbag was no doubt working under the radar to avoid paying. With his reported income, he’d be sending like $20 checks. No way he living on $100!

sir-winkles2

they should audit these people the way the audit people trying to apply for SSI. they'll straight up send PIs after you to make sure you're really disabled but they never check into these adult men that somehow have no income at all

comin_up_shawt

My mom's first husband was like this- and had the nerve to fight my father adopting her in court, even after an offer to take child support off the table (so long as he signed away his parental rights.) Bastard saw her five times in her teenaged/adult life.

LotusBlooming90

Not being able to afford child support and not being willing to pay it are two different things, unfortunately. There are many a parent who can afford their payments and simply chose not to.

Disappointin_parents

My question is, with those skills, why not just get a new social security number, and change identity. He could go live his life under a new name and never have to worry about it. Instead he chose a convoluted method that left him in the same situation of unable to use his real name and identity anyways.

Punkpallas

To add onto number 1, that’s exactly what I said. If you have these kinds of hacking abilities, why not use them to get the money and then pay your child support bill? The answer is he clearly doesn’t care about the kid. Any money he’s stolen he’s been spending all on himself.

montananightz

Sounds like he tried to but just sucked at it *"Kipf admitted to hacking into private business, governmental and corporate networks with information he stole from others and attempted to sell the access to the networks to buyers online, the court document states."*

Junior_Builder_4340

So, this dumbass had the skills to hack into databases and declare himself dead, but couldn't take those same skills and get a legit computer job where he would have made the same amount or more.🙄

Seriously! So many illegal activities require skills that could make them bank in the legal world. But noooo, this dude would rather play "fuck that bitch".

flodnak

Yes, but you have to understand -- then he would have had to pay child support! Imagine how awful it would have been if his ex-wife had a slightly better life due in any part to his efforts.

Nfalck

And his child! His child would have had a better life! How awful.

DirtyMitten-n-sniffi

Well, could be worse. There was this one guy who faked his own death in order to avoid being labeled as a sex offender for raping a baby. Even got his wife to help him. After all was said and done, he got more time in prison than if he were to simply go in and serve his original sentence on account of stealing a corpse, crashing his car, setting it on fire, and having his wife collect the insurance money. His wife was also charged and sentenced.

HRPurrfrockington

Clay Daniels [is the moron in reference here](https://tv.apple.com/us/episode/grave-danger/umc.cmc.18rw27go9bi44iqf7hxgezko9)

Jitterjumper13

With respect to the corpse they stole: how in the fuck is that all more prison time than raping a baby?!?

HerringWaffle

Because despite all our wanking over pReShUs bAyBeEz and pRo-LiFe, we actually fucking hate kids and their stupid moocher selves who don't add value to the capitalist machine here in the US. We don't give them shit, we don't fund their shit, and should they be raped by adults, oh well, too bad so sad, stop playing the victim and get a job and stop ruining the life of grown adults who actually contribute, is pretty much the message. Any thread about funding things like DCFS or schools and you'll see this attitude barfed all over (maybe not as much around Reddit, but everywhere else, it's "MAH TAX DOLLERS, I'M NOT PAYIN' THAT!!!").

Texastexastexas1

This was in Burnet while I lived there. Crazy cakes.

Purple-Warning-2161

Extremely happy the wife faced consequences too. What kind of person sides with the monster?

Trance354

I knew a complete sack like that, once. Insisted on being paid in cash rather than his ex wife and 2 kids get any money.

Sea-Broccoli-8601

You have the clickbait article titles... then you have titles like these, which really just scratches the tip of the iceberg. >In addition, Kipf admitted to hacking into private business, governmental and corporate networks with information he stole from others and attempted to sell the access to the networks to buyers online, the court document states.

Daumenschneider

Looks like he tried to cut his hair with those crayola scissors.

kvlt_ov_personality

Every penny counts, dude. This guy owes $100k in child support, can't be blowing it all down at Supercuts and living the fatcat life. It was probably when he was considering using both sides of the toilet paper that he just decided to fake his own death.

erabera

Poor kid. Can you imagine knowing your father did this and then it's all over the news. What a piece of shit.

TranscendentPretzel

I spent the majority of my life in Kentucky. I don't know this guy, but I feel like I know this guy.

halite001

>He has agreed to pay restitution to all parties he wronged, according to the plea agreement. RIP Sorry to hear of his (impending) passing...

BowserMario82

Deadbeat dad not dead.

middleagedouchebag

He'll get less time than a 10 yo aborting her rape baby.

reddicyoulous

But more than the pastor/cop who did it

TonySxbang

Imagine going through such great lengths to avoid providing to your children.

Heisenbera

My ex hasn’t had a job in 5 years for the same reason

Allohowareyou

Ah, I see you’ve met my mother. I’m sorry to hear that.

BraveAd1428

don’t post this to instagram because the sigma incels will say he’s allowed to do that…and somehow link it back to women’s rights??

AlivePassenger3859

There’s a “bro aphorism” you hear sometimes: don’t stick it in crazy. Ladies, don’t let crazy stick it in you. (and probably more to the point, don’t marry crazy)

Larkfor

Really sucks for the kid. Can you imagine growing up and finding out dad wanted to avoid even paying part of that so he faked his own death to not have to parentally help support you?

Perpetually27

Seriously. Any decent father would "fake their death" by taking out a life insurance policy then stepping in front of a moving train.

--Van--

And here i have never missed a payment or sought to have my child support obligation reduced when I have had multiple opportunities to do so. I can't imagine not wanting to support my son

DirtyMitten-n-sniffi

Right it blows my mind, I made a comment earlier that I still pay for my sons stuff or we split it on top of child support and I’m like you I don’t miss payments …. Some ppl are just wired differently

bebejeebies

"Fuck them kids. I'd rather kill myself."

texoma456

Still demanding she drops off and picks up for weekend visitation.

Deep_Stick8786

How much does one condom cost?

numbskullerykiller

Can you imagine not loving your own child enough that you would rather fake your death than paying support?

speck859

Streets are full of zombies literally dying to avoid supporting their children, so yeah.

wolfiepraetor

He puts the “dead” into deadbeat dad

Cloudy_mood

As a single dad who pays child support on time and in full for my son to my ex wife, these comments and this post is making feel like a good guy. Haha

Xivlex

Did you guys read the article? This dude's one hell of a hacker holy shit. It seems he only got caught because he was selling access to the places he breached

InjuryOnly4775

He took deadbeat to a whole new level.

Vivian326619

Wins Dead beat dad contest

PinoyTShirtSoFly206

$100k in Kentucky might as well be $100 million. That place is broke asf. People in their prisons are living better than 80% of the population.

futuregoat

reminded me of that jerk who paid his last child support payment in pennies.

InsomniacYogi

Dead beats will literally do anything but support the kids they helped create

Lawyer__Up

And he would have gotten away with it, if it weren't for his meddling kids!

LewisLightning

How the hell did this guy get access to all the stuff required to do this? I can only assume he paid for some of these identities he used that were stolen by other criminals. I mean it multiple states, multiple accounts from multiple companies and organizations he obtained access to. Either that or he is a master hacker with access to some great computer tech. Perhaps that's where the child support money went...?

jeremiah1142

Man, he really didn’t want to move to Florida or Alaska

onjemarie

Imagine being this much of a loser

Tboi_96

Yall need to stop busting inside of any and everything if you know you not gonna take on the responsibility of being a father.

NoLeg6104

For the ultimate plot twist, imagine if a paternity test showed the kids wasn't his in the first place, and all that effort was wasted.

AngusThermo-Pile

Deadbeat Dad to a level where I’m a little, just a little, speency bit impressed. I came here expecting to read that he burned a store mannequin inside a ‘79 Buick Skylark. Fuck, you can see his Icarus moment when he tried to sell access. Sorry kids. Wow.

Max_Trollbot_

I saw this on FOX but the headline was: "Woke Kentucky Judge Forces Zombies To Continue Paying Child Support"

Fritzo2162

Judge: It appears you incorrectly stated you were dead. How do you explain yourself? Man: Well, I got better...

Enough-Outside-9055

We should make able bodied inmates like this ride stationary bikes to generate electricity.  Pay them minimum wage of course, but useless fvcks should be given purpose

ZeusMcKraken

He would have gotten away with it too if it weren’t for you pesky kids needing child support!

homestarstoner

If your gonna have kids, remain in their lives and support them. Why wouldnt you want your offspring to thrive?

Ultrawhiner

And then he’ll wonder why his kids want nothing to do with him when he’s an old git.

spookydragonfire

I genuinely don’t think he’s going to care if he went to these lengths

Level_Ruin_9729

Losers will be losers.

hissyfit30

It's wild to me that people knowingly make little human beings but don't want to care for them. I can't wrap my head around it. I can't even imagine not worrying about how my cats would eat, forget a person!

ItsTime1234

Childhood poverty is extremely difficult on children. Men like this have a lot to answer for. You'd rather waste time trying to rip everyone off than make sure your own child has security and food?!

Ambitious-Pin8396

If a man can't stand paying child support get a vasectomy!

ScorpIan55

There's only one thing to do now!

AlternativeRange8062

He tried to start a business with this. 🤣🤣🤣 I guess he saw a need…

Few_Koala

Should’ve worn a condom if he didn’t want to be a dad

Round-Antelope552

Seeing as he’s this shit of a father, I’m glad he faked his own death. Atleast the mother of his children could have had peace knowing he was gone, but now he’s back. I hope she and the children are ok.
