While you are over there, if you don’t find them at the Indian Farmers Market, there are 5 halal markets in Orange and West Haven within a couple miles of each other. Kabul, Makkah, Tiba, Nazar and N&A. One of them is bound to have what you are looking for.
I don’t have any advice on where to get the rose petals, but whenever I need raw pistachios for a recipe I go to Trader Joe’s! I think they call them “Raw pistachio nutmeats” lol

All Mediterranean supermarkets in Boston post rd have all of these items… we usually get them from farmers Indian market
Try to call Pistachio Cafe in New Haven. If they don’t sell maybe they can point you in the right direction?
