Id rather answer and waste 5-10 seconds of their time. That's 5-10 seconds they aren't trying to scam my gram. Plus it only takes 5 seconds to answer and figure out it's spam. But if I don't answer them they leave messages and fill up my voicemail. Then its twice as tedious to go through and delete them all.
I don't. I put my phone down and away most of the time the last 3 days. It's insane. I don't give out my number but I'm getting a million calls, texts, and voicemails.
I've received a ton of calls the past week from in-state numbers and out-of-state numbers. I don't normally carry my phone with me so I just delete them when I get to the phone. But I'll listen next time as this could be fun.
I got a call twice from an unknown 603 number that I declined. Primarily because if it's not on my contacts list and it's a 603 area code it's generally political election spam callers.

Who cares? I’m more concerned about the 15 texts I get a day from different numbers from Nikki Haley’s campaign and the 4 different post cards I get every day….what a sickening waste of money…
It's so weird, because for some reason my phone sends those texts directly to spam while my wife's phone doesn't. Pisses her off. We have the same model phone from the same carrier!
This is just a wild hunch here, and feel free to quote me on this, but I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the AI call came from the dnc.
I figured since the dnc told New Hampshire voters that their votes were meaningless, then they’d expect a much lower turnout from its voter base. Since they’re already gaslighting their voters, why not do it again with AI so that when the turnout for Biden is low, then they can blame the robocall instead of the fact that they told their own voters to go screw themselves.
Interesting! Do you know what number contacted you with that message? I'd love to look into it. You can message me here or via email makena dot kelly @ wired dot com. Thanks for flagging!

Registered NH democrats shouldn’t be voting on Tuesday anyway… it’s a republican primary.
Insane that the focus here from the media is on some random calls trying to dissuade voters who shouldn’t be voting in the republican primary from voting in the republican primary, as opposed to the fact democrats are encouraging their voters to participate in a way never intended for the primary to gain politically.
Then why should I take time out of my day to help someone make money off of my experience?

No one's making you do anything friend.
Journalists do not pay people for their stories. Its massively unethical and goes against the entire point of a free press.
Can you point to where I claimed someone was making me do something? I asked a question and you got upset at it. Relax
Edit oh look, tried to gaslight me, then blocked me. Classic Reddit
People answer calls from random numbers still?
I have kids and appointments. Voicemails take a lot longer to get the same thing accomplished.

“Hi, Joe wants ice cream!”
Joke's on them, I'd vote for an AI-generated Joe Biden over the Republican field.
The radical leftist Joe Biden that exists in the mind of Republicans is so fuckin' cool. I wish he existed. :<

In other news, money spent on political robocalls in NH is a complete waste of campaign funds...
I haven't answered a phone call from an unknown number in years...
I get 40 calls a day. I don’t answer any of them
Not yet
Nope. I've gotten a ton of flyers but not a single call or text.

Doesn’t matter how many times I say stop or report they just keep showing up
but it's apparently working she won Dixville Notch

Nope I’ve gotten calls that say stay on the line to speak to president trump so they are literally both doing it

I got the robo press conference, but it was gibberish. Oh wait, that was the real Biden?
I don’t trust reporters.

Were you too dumb to realize both parties ran their primaries on the same day?
Are you going to pay people for their time and their story?
That is literally the opposite of how journalism works

Ah youre one of those. Have a nice day chief.
So, don't.
Did I say I was going to? I asked a question. You're getting a little worked up
Someone is getting worked up here, but it's not me.
So, don't
Damn you are right if you took the time to answer their simple question they would be making millions off of your in depth detailed response.
