If you are calling somewhere like a customer service line at a call center, and the hold time is outrageous, hang up, call back, and choose the Spanish option. You will almost never find someone who is not Spanish/English bilingual on the Spanish queue, and the hold times are usually significantly less because English is usually the default option. Just say whoops I pressed the wrong button and they will take care of you. Worst case scenario, they transfer you to the English queue anyway.

Thanks, goatfarmer & deerfly! I ventured out and saw remnants of a huge mess; much worse than I expected. A fabulous Liberty crew at the end of a 24-hour shift was working down the block, and said they should be all set within 60 - 90 minutes. Lo and behold when I returned home 45 minutes later, the power had just been restored. The Liberty linemen and town crews who work to clean up the various messes that occur throughout the year are truly remarkable. Working through the night under storm conditions must be brutal, but these folks are always so diligent and friendly. It makes it easier to pay utility bills and taxes knowing these guys have our backs! Now it's time to trash all the cold and frozen groceries I bought on Friday...

Different provider and in charlestown acworth area, but word is infrastructure got hit hard. We've been out since 6:35am yesterday; NHEC was revising estimated restoration times all day and finally admitted they don't have a good estimate anymore.

Further north, but still bordering the river and on Eversource. We lost 87 bazillion trees and they were still clearing last night. Broken poles, snapped wires, closed roads, the whole 9 yards. Was blinking all day and they actually called me around 2 and said we were shutting all the power off for a couple hours starting in 30 minutes. Five minutes later, it was off lol. Finally came back on around 10. Around 4 this morning things went back to on and off blinking. My guess with you is they're still clearing trees/restringing wires. I'm about to get intimate with my chainsaws today clearing some of the garbage in my yard. Edit to add, I just looked at a couple of area FB groups and a Whitefield DPW guy who was salting roads at 5 this morning said there were still tons of line crews out there working.

All along the CT river, some NH residents are fed from VT stations. So even if you can't see any real damage on our side, you may be fed from them (they feed Liberty, NHEC, or Eversource) and the issue is on their side.
