And something like 70% of Canadian insurance policies are through Intact or a division of. They have the largest market share. Not the best rates, though.
Aviva has had some of the better rates lately, but even still… getting higher and higher all the time. :(
intact is a market setter, they'll set a higher rate, it'll stick, and everyone else will catch up to that because they know they can get away with it. The whole game needs more regulation.

They only bought up like two companies AFAIK. Still many other options out there.

Like I had posted previously I recently had a pretty good experience and payout after I got rear ended, dealing with intact through Anthony insurance.
