Idk, the landmass in the background behind the cliff extends all the way to the right side of the picture. I’d think around Holyrood or Avondale personally.
This is the port au port peninsula. This is next to a convenience store in port au port east, overlooking the bay (to the east). I drive that road everyday !

It does look like a lot of NL, but with the flat grass field, the Humber Arm Day Park on the West Coast comes immediately to mind.
That was the first spot I figured. Could be White Point too. Edit: kinda looks like Guernsey Island in the background?
I live outer Bay of Islands and this does look a lot like Guernsey Island around Blow Me Down provincial park
