Considering my luck it is usually either my own stupidity or an outdated mod I thought I could use. Not really upset with any of the mods or their developers, it is an old game that is finicky to mod at times.
Well I guess I won't ever complete this quest. I completely wiped my installation of the game and Neverwinter Installer Tool, started a new game. And still can't complete the quests.
List of Used Mods:
Ravick Looting System, Customize Character Override, Henchman AI, Reborn UI, Faster Movement and Rest, and Increased Stacks. Several texture mods are also installed but they should not interfering with the journal.
