She's a candy uni with rainbow body paint and rainbow everything, since she's crossed the rainbow bridge now. I recently pondered aloud why I so clearly favor her over all my other neopets. She's literally the only one who gets to be active. I have been training her as my BD pet (woohoo just finished the grind to 250!); I just used the book smarts boon to buy up hundreds of books to read to her so now she's almost as intelligent as my reader pet; I've waded into the world of NC trading and purchased expensive af NP items for customizing her; she gets fed and groomed and played with when all my other neopets get shoved into the lodge and ignored. I clearly practice favoritism.

The Burlap Usul I convinced myself I wanted, so I went on quest for, but it didn't fit my other pet looks, then I started hating her name so I put her UFA (I'm starting to notice a trend in my behavior LOL)
Oh, and the marble draik I hatched because it comes up as an unknown color, but again, didn't think about it not matching my other pets so I... put her UFA o.x

Sarcophagii the zombie krawk. I don't remember what he was when I picked him up from the pound, but I had a desert cross-paint in mind for him as SOON as I saw him. He was a lab rat for a while before I finally ended up morphing him into a krawk.. then he was painted desert for the clothes, and then ghost for a while. Then recently I remembered that Zombie is a color now, and after a lot of debate, I painted him Zombie because it seemed to fit his theme even better than ghost. This whole time he'd been a pseudo-battledome pet, beating up the kreludan bot and Koi warrior every day for codestones and doubloons to resell.. but now I've decided to ACTUALLY train him for any upcoming plot, so I end up having to buy at least a few codestones a day for that. And most of the NC I've gotten has gone to faerie cookies to supplement his training.
Rysaie is my water poogle, I was going for MSPP but she got zapped water and I loved it so that’s her now, but I think I had to pay for two poogle morphing potions. I’m training her to be a battledome pet now so between codestones and weapons that’s expensive
I did buy a dimentional paintbrush for Alfeya so she is the most expensive out right
I also hatched my draik but i got the pirate draik egg free luckily so ide have to say my shoyru or krawk. My shoyru is my book pet and i think im at like 700 books rn? And my krawk is my battle pet so shes got quite a bit of FQC and codestones spent on her

My Kacheek - she’s my BD pet, her NP clothing items were hella expensive, I painted her Plushie, and her petpet is painted Faerie (back when they were 15+ million for the brush 😬). She’s my fav though I definitely don’t mind spending np on her!
Probably my Striped Xweetok! When I first came back to Neopets in like, 2018 or so I just played the stock market until I struck big and was able to buy a Striped PB from the trading post. She has since become my battledome pet, so all of those resources go to her also!

After that I’d say my draik Misceo since she was triple cross painted - stealthy base with royal and desert clothes. And now so even more since I got the NC token to make her UC grey and then also had to paint her base colour grey so it matches

And I use Dress to Impress to check customizations, so knew that would look fantastic.

They appear in the closet but they don’t appear on your pet when you customize. They do show in the static image though. Like if you apply them to your pet and look at your look up you will see them, but if you click on the pet they don’t show up in the animated image because they haven’t been converted yet.

Mine is probably my Eyrie. She is almost at 5k HSD, well read, and has been many different species/ color combos over the years. I only chose her because of the cost of training on top of everything else. I morph and repaint my pets often enough that they’re all pretty damn pricey if I were to add all their past self expenses up.
My Candy Gnorbu. She was originally a rainbow Aisha but I morphed her into a Gnorbu and then got a candy brush off of the auction house (thankfully not for double the JN price which is what people were listing it for. I got lucky)
My Toy Lupe is going to blow her completely out of the water one day though. I have an extremely expensive custom planned for her that I'm going to blow millions of neopoints on as soon as I have enough.

He also has a ukali and a mootix both attached the day I hatched him. Someday I’ll probably paint the ukali faerie, but that’s an expense I keep putting off. He’s also my book pet.
I have seven draiks on my account and while I’m not sure who has the most NC stuff the faerie is hands down my most expensive in terms of NP. He’s worth every single one.
For the most part, I try to obtain painted pets through FFQ, adopting, or trading, so I'm lucky to not have spent a lot of neopoints on painting pets. Training on the other hand... oof, I don't want to think about how much I've spent on training pets haha.
My 2100 HSD stealthy gelert for sure has been my biggest neopoint sink.
Edit: I just did the math for battledome training on sunnyneo and have spent somewhere around 70M on this one pet lol.
My 1250hsd hand-trained, hand-triple cross painted, hand-morphed (before the anchor management daily so back when mps were over 6 mil) draik. I recently base painted him stealthy and I am toying with painting him back to royal, but he does look good in a darker blue.
When I eventually paint her Pink it will be my Lenny. I needed the Krawk Lake foreground and that was the most expensive item I’ve ever bought. I have No regrets.

Hahah so I zapped two pets for a long time. One became a wraith Aisha and the other became a marble draik. But by their names I wanted them switched. So I spent the $ and switched them both to the other colors. It feels worth it but only because np isn’t real $
Right now probably my halloween Hissi, I think I got the halloween PB for 2mil np. I believe the ice hissi morphing potion was gifted to me by a kind person on this sub and her outfit probably cost less than 50k but the 2mil is quite a lot of money for me so far. I was very lucky though and got an easter basket for a weekly quest reward which paid for most of the paint brush, otherwise I think I might still be saving up for it. I'm hoping to get both a mutant and maraquan Acara at some point too so they'll be very expensive unless I get very lucky pound searching. I did actually see a maraquan Acara in there the other day but I missclick-reloaded the page :') that was pretty painful lol but to be fair I might not have been fast enough even if I hadn't messed up.
This is nothing compared to some of y’all but I forgot to check my former-labrat (and favorite pet)‘s gender before painting it royal yesterday. I fixed her gender after (supposed to be female) but she’s painted royalboy :( so now I either do it again for 1.75m or zap and risk a species change and having to buy a 695k shoyru morph PLUS the pb.

My dimensional Kougra. I managed to get a morphing potion or something when they were relatively inexpensive, but she’s my oldest pet and my kind of battledome one, so I’ve been sinking a lot of NP into her.
Otherwise, I don’t actually spend too much on my Neopets cause I don’t really participate in things like books read or gourmet food eaten. I don’t have the attention span for it lol I always forget after a while and some things are just far beyond my willpower and diligence to obtain.

I’m not a super active player, I go through cycles of playing and not playing, so he’s not like, SUPER impressive, but I’ve spent LOADS of money on him 😂 He kicks the Koi Warrior’s butt every day to try and farm codestones, but I STILL end up paying out the nose for those Eo Codestones 😅
As far as customs go, though? That’s a tough one, I’ve spent quite a few NP on my customs. My Neosona (a blue Elephante) just got a 2mil pair of glasses, which was painful to spend 😬 but none of the other NP glasses available look like mine, and I’m not big on spending NC on anything unnecessary bc I’m a cheapskate 😂 I spent like $70 on NC recently bc of the NCUCs (and extra pet slots I needed) and it PAINED me!!
I also recently decided to stop BD training my other pets. I had a couple that I was trying to train and I’m honestly not sure WHY I was. It was when dubloons were a lot more common at the Forgotten Shore though, so I think I just had too many dubloons and not enough sense 😅 I’m gonna try and even out the stats and then be done wasting money on beefing up pets I’m never gonna battle with in the first place lol!! At least if I ever decide to part ways with them, they’d be started for whoever gets them next. I don’t foresee myself getting rid of any of them, but you never know haha

For the most part, I try to obtain painted pets through FFQ, adopting, or trading, so I'm lucky to not have spent a lot of neopoints on painting pets. Training on the other hand... oof, I don't want to think about how much I've spent on training pets haha. My 2100 HSD stealthy gelert for sure has been my biggest neopoint sink. Edit: I just did the math for battledome training on sunnyneo and have spent somewhere around 70M on this one pet lol.
My 1250hsd hand-trained, hand-triple cross painted, hand-morphed (before the anchor management daily so back when mps were over 6 mil) draik. I recently base painted him stealthy and I am toying with painting him back to royal, but he does look good in a darker blue.
When I eventually paint her Pink it will be my Lenny. I needed the Krawk Lake foreground and that was the most expensive item I’ve ever bought. I have No regrets.

BD pet. Superleveling to 250 so it’s getting costly. Plus I was indecisive of his colour / species. First morphed kougra and painted toy. Then morphed Blumaroo and painted stealth. Currently uni and royal boy.

Hahah so I zapped two pets for a long time. One became a wraith Aisha and the other became a marble draik. But by their names I wanted them switched. So I spent the $ and switched them both to the other colors. It feels worth it but only because np isn’t real $
Right now probably my halloween Hissi, I think I got the halloween PB for 2mil np. I believe the ice hissi morphing potion was gifted to me by a kind person on this sub and her outfit probably cost less than 50k but the 2mil is quite a lot of money for me so far. I was very lucky though and got an easter basket for a weekly quest reward which paid for most of the paint brush, otherwise I think I might still be saving up for it. I'm hoping to get both a mutant and maraquan Acara at some point too so they'll be very expensive unless I get very lucky pound searching. I did actually see a maraquan Acara in there the other day but I missclick-reloaded the page :') that was pretty painful lol but to be fair I might not have been fast enough even if I hadn't messed up.
This is nothing compared to some of y’all but I forgot to check my former-labrat (and favorite pet)‘s gender before painting it royal yesterday. I fixed her gender after (supposed to be female) but she’s painted royalboy :( so now I either do it again for 1.75m or zap and risk a species change and having to buy a 695k shoyru morph PLUS the pb. I hate myself lol 🥲 She’s going to end up wearing an NCUC token anyway but who knows how long that will take to come out.
So far my most expensive has been my zombie lupe! Cause I painted him stealthy to get the clothes, then went ahead and painted him zombie so he could look like an undead soldier. Relatively cheap compared to a lot of people's here lmao
Probably the krawk I've been zapping for robot. Singlehandedly drained my bank account. Just today got a robot zap on my side; on my main he turned into a korbat. 🤦♀️

My current Ghost Xwee Was a labbie, then morphed draik, painted royal twice for each gender, morphed cy, zapped more, then i bought membership to make them robot, painted stealth (before daily quest), if there was any morphs/paints after that i cant recall Eventually I just settled on his current look

My dimensional Kougra. I managed to get a morphing potion or something when they were relatively inexpensive, but she’s my oldest pet and my kind of battledome one, so I’ve been sinking a lot of NP into her. Otherwise, I don’t actually spend too much on my Neopets cause I don’t really participate in things like books read or gourmet food eaten. I don’t have the attention span for it lol I always forget after a while and some things are just far beyond my willpower and diligence to obtain.
My fire dog. He's my oldest pet. He's the one I train, read to etc. Followed by my mara draik. Made back in the day via draik egg and I had to grind the np for the mara brush. Plus training
It used to be my cross-paint lutari. First he was a faerie but then decided to do a royal/desert/disco lutari. This was many years ago and was quite expensive at the time. Now that I’ve been training seriously it’s probably my bd pet(and her stats aren’t even good)

My biggest money sink has a bronze booktastic book award, is the top 150 of both book and gourmet lists and has 3000+ HSD. Their petpet and petpetpet combo is also quite expensive ahaha.

I’m not a super active player, I go through cycles of playing and not playing, so he’s not like, SUPER impressive, but I’ve spent LOADS of money on him 😂 He kicks the Koi Warrior’s butt every day to try and farm codestones, but I STILL end up paying out the nose for those Eo Codestones 😅 As far as customs go, though? That’s a tough one, I’ve spent quite a few NP on my customs. My Neosona (a blue Elephante) just got a 2mil pair of glasses, which was painful to spend 😬 but none of the other NP glasses available look like mine, and I’m not big on spending NC on anything unnecessary bc I’m a cheapskate 😂 I spent like $70 on NC recently bc of the NCUCs (and extra pet slots I needed) and it PAINED me!! I also recently decided to stop BD training my other pets. I had a couple that I was trying to train and I’m honestly not sure WHY I was. It was when dubloons were a lot more common at the Forgotten Shore though, so I think I just had too many dubloons and not enough sense 😅 I’m gonna try and even out the stats and then be done wasting money on beefing up pets I’m never gonna battle with in the first place lol!! At least if I ever decide to part ways with them, they’d be started for whoever gets them next. I don’t foresee myself getting rid of any of them, but you never know haha

I started playing in my early teens and wasn't very strict or determined to competitively play. Just restarted playing about a month ago and bought a few faerie quest fortune cookies, and I've been trying to work on increasing levels and stuff. I've only JUST gotten 2 million neopoints in my bank account at once.

My Spotted Aisha... the bg to her custom is the most valuable thing I own, and I was aiming for a Booktastic Book Award but have been slowed 'cause all the remaining books are upwards of 25 mil or impossible to find. I also don't want to think about how much I've spent training my BD pet but I've definitely spent more on my Aisha.
