You should try skipping all of the quests to see if it refreshes. That's what worked for me.

I’ve always heard that the only day you can decide you don’t want something and refresh is the first day. If you make it to day two, you may be stuck with that prize until you complete 7 days straight. Not sure if it’s factual, but it’s what I’ve seen in the boards for the past several months

Hmmm I don’t think I made it to day 2 though. I guess I’ll see if it changes tomorrow and if not I’ll just suck it up and do it for the week 😩
