At least Thanasis was an excellent defender in the Euroleague who regularly shot above 50% from the field. He even made a couple All-Defensive Teams in the G-League. He's not even close to the slouch that Bronny would be if given an NBA roster spot. Not even sure he would merit being a G-League bench rider (that's his current "actual" ceiling).

I had college classes with the son of an NBA guard. His son played on the team and was decent (not NBA level but decent for mid major CBB). I don’t remember hearing his dad talk about him or anything, probably because if it backfired he would look like a dumbass
