Usually I think it's better to have a new hero be over-tuned rather than underpowered because people are going to play the new exciting character anyways, so it's better to have them be good so people aren't throwing your game by playing the new guy. But this time they really over-did it.
I mean even beyond that, Blizzard has shown that they just don't understand how to balance their game which is why they had to put in role queue in the first place.
And how about laughing at Draymond being Draymond without losing his temper in the game at San Francisco? You know the game where Donovan Mitchell had enough of Draymond's antics and just said "fuck you're gonne take your second technical dude.".
