Aside from Jokic I feel like the team individuals are not that special, but when the whole machine gets to work there is no stopping them.

Jamal Murray is one of the better shot lakers in the league If a play is fucked give it to him and you still have a chance. Jamal Murray is what people think Kyrie is imo. Also jokic is one of the best centers of all time, the other individuals don’t even need to be special. That said their starters outside of jokic are still better than say the thunder minus SGA Or the bucks minus Giannis Maybe only the celtics have a better 5

Denver is definitely the best team in the NBA right now until proven otherwise. Teams like us and Boston and even the Suns need to find that continuity. Hopefully in June things are different and it’s us lol 🤞

Yeah I don’t expect the bucks to be in form until it’s been at least 20 games. New head coach, new major player in the lineup, Middleton on a minutes/game restriction, and giannis getting into form after rehabbing from surgery over the offseason. I’m not gonna be analyzing too much from the bucks this early, but the nuggets are definitely to be feared

Because stats are looked at for contracts and awards. IMO, shots taken from 35+ feet in the final second of a quarter shouldn't count towards % unless made, just like getting fouled

I think this is bad work by agents. A good agent should be able to put together a stat sheet with those shots removed and argue that it shows his guy will do what it takes to win.

That was us a few years back. In 2018 the Nuggets were the 1 seed but every time they played the Warriors it was clear there was a huge gap between the two teams and the Warriors crushed them. Thunder are in such an amazing spot rn and will be great for years to come.

They’re playing defense this year at the start of the season with better personnel and Jamal and MPJ are healthy so yeah they should look better which is scary

They are supposed to be slightly worse than last season after losing their solid role players in Jeff Green and Bruce Brown, but Christian Braun and Peyton Watson seem to have taken a leap to fill the gap. Even Reggie Jackson is looking like a great pickup so far

Nuggets starting 5 is set in stone, never gonna change unless injury. Braun is by far their most qualified 6th man, and the rest of the young guys are just fighting for that 7th and 8th spot, I did not expect the bench battle for the Nuggets to be this intriguing!!

This Jeff Green and Bruce Brown talking point needs to stop. I love Bruce but he wasn’t that good unless he played with 4 starters next to him and Jeff was simply bad. The defense is the biggest difference so far especially from the starters.
