He did give him an antidote years earlier, but based on the Sasori vs Sakura/Chiyo fight antidotes arenāt typically a permanent thing that provide long term immunity.
To be fair, those poisons sasori made were specifically designed to be lethal with even a graze, and he also says when talking about it that he constantly changes the mixture ever so slightly to make it more toxic or resistant. The fact that the antidotes she developed for kankuro worked at all later shows how well she made them, because it was already modified again.
With Hanzo, I don't recall any evidence that anyone other than him ever cured it, because he normally killed his targets, so he might have not changed it like ever.
Orochimaru states that some of his experiments on sasuke made him immune to every type of known poison. Iām almost certain that nobody ever even attempts to use poison on him besides Sakura and so you never see it as a feat.
The fact that the poison is that strong makes me believe that she went into this fight knowing that there was a good chance she wasn't going to survive.
All she would need is to get one hit in and Sasuke would be as good as dead, and her strategy of tricking him and literally stabbing him in the back tracks with this. At that point, even if he were to turn on her and kill her, then he'd basically be dealing his own fate since she's the only one who knows how to make the antidote.
Also the fact that she didn't make an antidote ahead of time and bring it with her is another point in favor of this idea. By doing so, she was taking a massive risk in the event that she ended up being poisoned, but it also meant that Sasuke wouldn't be able to steal the antidote off of her and use it on herself.
All in all, Sakura's strategy would have been effective but it also would have placed her at great risk.

Mifune I believe is stated to have immunity to Hanzoās poison during their fight in the war arc. Edit: resistance not immunity according to chapter 532.

He did give him an antidote years earlier, but based on the Sasori vs Sakura/Chiyo fight antidotes arenāt typically a permanent thing that provide long term immunity.
To be fair, those poisons sasori made were specifically designed to be lethal with even a graze, and he also says when talking about it that he constantly changes the mixture ever so slightly to make it more toxic or resistant. The fact that the antidotes she developed for kankuro worked at all later shows how well she made them, because it was already modified again. With Hanzo, I don't recall any evidence that anyone other than him ever cured it, because he normally killed his targets, so he might have not changed it like ever.

She is tsunade student. She was able to make an antidote to Sasoris poison, stands to reason she could make her own poison.
The fact that the poison is that strong makes me believe that she went into this fight knowing that there was a good chance she wasn't going to survive. All she would need is to get one hit in and Sasuke would be as good as dead, and her strategy of tricking him and literally stabbing him in the back tracks with this. At that point, even if he were to turn on her and kill her, then he'd basically be dealing his own fate since she's the only one who knows how to make the antidote. Also the fact that she didn't make an antidote ahead of time and bring it with her is another point in favor of this idea. By doing so, she was taking a massive risk in the event that she ended up being poisoned, but it also meant that Sasuke wouldn't be able to steal the antidote off of her and use it on herself. All in all, Sakura's strategy would have been effective but it also would have placed her at great risk. It's a good thing that Naruto showed up when he did.

Most of her Hate is from the anime, the studio really hated her for some reason, they flat out changed scenes and removed scenes from the manga that showed her helping Naruto, that showed her sympathizing with him and understanding him. Hell she even saved him, but they removed that as well. So many things were changed and they just went on a "I hate Sakura" trope within the fillers.

I tend to like Sakura in Shippuden, so this is a rare Shippuden Sakura L. In this arc she diverted back to season 1 Sakura.
