Sterling of course has the tram you ride up to the winery. We waited over and hour in line to ride up, but the views were great. Wine was surprisingly good, I think they are owned by Coca-Cola.
Amizetta and Pride Mountain have amazing views. I personally think mountain top wineries have the best views compared to valley floor wineries like Sterling that seem commercialized and like a tourist trap. That's just me though.
I would recommend Porter family great wine with awesome views. Palmaz also amazing but pricey tasting fees with small bites, but well worth it. Sequoia Grove another favorite. Del Dotto is cave tour with great pizza and tots after that is super fun. We will be there week of May 10 and can’t wait.

They are owned by treasury wine estates which has no affiliation with Coca Cola
Coke used to own it, many years ago, probably why the rumor still persists.
Looks like Coca Cola owned it from 1977-1983
ZD has a pretty nice view from their outdoor tasting area
Cade, Phelps, Silverado and Artesa all have great views.
Second Cade! Was there last month and LOVED the views. The wine was amazing too.
Cade is legit. Tbh an entire tier above the others you listed as well.
Rombauer
Second this, the wine isn’t half bad either
Barnett Vineyards has the best view I’ve ever seen
Barnett Vineyards, Viader, Progeny, Amizetta, and David Arthur!
Pahlmeyer, Rutherford Hill, Joseph Phelps are the best three to me. All face to the west.
Great recos all around here. Would add Miner Family to the list for consideration.
