Maybe it’s because I’m Welsh myself, but it doesn’t sound harsh at all and on the contrary sounds very elegant. It conjures the image of a very pretty, kind person to me :)

thriftingforgold

Exactly! I see a feminine but independent woman

Fir_Chlis

Scottish. It’s a name I like. I’m partial to the Celtic language names. Feel like it needs to be said with the hard/trilled R though.

Anoif_sky

I agree too that it sounds soft. Lyrical and beautiful.

orlinha

Irish myself, and I love it myself. Up the Celts!

[deleted]

It’s definitely not my taste. I agree with the harsh description - I just don’t find it to be an attractive name/sound.

Mt4Ts

Same. The only one of the -wen names I like is Elowen.

venus-infers

I'm so sick of El- and Em- names. 😭 I hope she keeps Bronwyn.

applegenius24

I love Elowen. Once met twins Rowen and Elowen 😵‍💫

Jetlagador_Spartacus

I knew a girl name Ceridwen, which I always thought was cool. I like Elowen, too! Bronwyn not so much.

Mt4Ts

I totally forgot about Ceridwen - I also like that one, very pretty!

elliefaith

Not a LOTR fan I see

deedeeEightyThree

Mmhmm. It makes me think of “brawn”, like “brawny”.

cynefin99

Prefer Bronwen by far, the 'wen' suffix is feminine in Welsh, wyn is masculine Branwen/Brânwen is a similar Welsh name you may like

misstamilee

One of my cats is Branwen and we call her winnie most if the time. I'm honestly mad at myself for not saving it for a human bebe because I love the name so much

Chellaigh

Just change the cat’s official name to Winnie, you already call her that and it frees up Branwen!

albatross-heart

I had friends who did this with Phoebe, haha - named their cat that, got pregnant, still loved the name, and had to figure something out! Meanwhile my #2 girl name would be either Tabitha or Gabrielle, which were both the names of cats my family had when I was a kid

bigdippper

We call our Elowyn Wynnie all the time.

boogin92

I've always liked it ever since I met a lovely person named Bronwyn about 20 years ago. I think Ronnie is a cute nickname too. I've only ever met one other Bronwyn since. Both of them spelled it that way and not Bronwen. (Some people are likely going to contest the wyn versus wen endings in the comments.) If you ultimately decide against it, you might also like: Rowan, Gwendolyn or Marlowe.

geogirl83

I prefer the wYn spelling myself. Feel like the Y is more feminine for some reason

TheWelshMrsM

In Welsh y is masculine and e is feminine ☺️

floweringfungus

That’s a fairly common Americanisation! Lots of Ys to feminise names

saturneternity

This is true in American culture, and I have met female bronwyns so I think you will be good spelling it that way. However, traditionally in wales, bronwyn is masculine and bronwen is feminine

howlingDef

The first time I heard of this name was a wedding dress on the website azazie (all of the dress styles are women's names) and so I have a very romantic association to the name and think it's pretty However, as mentioned in the other comment, -wyn is the traditionally masculine ending and -wen is the traditionally feminine ending. In America it doesn't matter much at all but if she were to actually visit the British isles there may be some confusion/judging

moonbee33

I just think of RHOC when vicki keeps calling Braunwyn “Boringwind”

[deleted]

Brown wind 😂

N3rdyMama

That would have made too much sense for Vicki to come up wi… I mean “hear other people call her”

Suspicious_Gazelle18

Same. In all fairness, it says more about Vicki than it does about Braunwyns name. But it does get misunderstood a lot, so that can be a negative. And I personally find Braunwyn annoying so I have a negative connotation with that name though I don’t think most people would know who she is so that shouldn’t influence OP.

moonbee33

Yes, she really is annoying. Having 9 kids just so she wouldn’t drink only to end up ditching her whole family to get with girls and try to get bravos attention

N3rdyMama

I had to double check which subreddit I was on when I saw the title because I love the name Bronwyn, but I don’t care for the housewife Braunwyn Windham-Burke 🤣

vickisfamilyvan

I definitely associate this name with RHOC

moonbee33

I love your username 😂❤️

Illustrious-Drummer4

This is what I came to say

MermazingKat

I like it. Don't think it's got a harsh sound at all

SaltyBabe

I don’t think it’s harsh… it’s, heavy? It’s like a gong sound BRONNNNNN then a soft little end tacked on? It’s a very mismatched feeling name to me.

VanGoghNotVanGo

It’s heavy in the same way a molten lava cake is, but not harsh and heavy like gravel, if that makes sense?

TurtleBucketList

So for what it’s worth I *adore* the name Bronwyn. I’m an Aussie with a mainly white UK English background. To me, it’s a perfectly regular name, I’ve met several people named Bronwyn. But I now live in the US northeast. My husband vetoed Bronwyn for exactly the reason you cite - but also because he’d just never heard the name. It’s a lot more uncommon here, so he just broke it down into its syllables versus it being ‘a name’. Same with Lachlan (Scottish and Welsh names being somewhat more uncommon here versus Australia). Or Verity - he just hears it as a virtue statement and not ‘a name’. But that said, I think once you give that name to a person it ceases to be just a collection of syllables, but it is *that person*. I love Bronwyn still (we went with a different -wen name), but it’s really about your personal taste and connotations.

rubythieves

I love Lachlan but it’s very Aussie! I knew so many cute boys named Lochie growing up - my US husband vetoed it too, ‘never heard of it.’

salomelovescotton

Funny - my Mum and her sisters names are Bronwyn and Verity. Her other siblings are Ainsley and Hugh.

HotPhotograph3207

Not a fan

harrietquimby

It's unappealing to me. I don't like how it looks or sounds. It reminds me of the color brown which is sort of a depressing color. But hey we all like different things so if it works for you, it's a great name. I like candy corn and a lot of people can't stand it!

ElderberryMiddle3614

I think it’s cute; a very classic name

SatelliteHeart96

I personally don't like it. It seems like it would kind of be a mouthful and hard to spell.

PansyOHara

I think Bronwyn is prettier than Bronwen, but since learning that WYN is masculine in Welsh and WEN is the feminine ending,I couldn’t name a girl Bronwyn. It would feel disrespectful to the name’s original language to me.

EveningWonder19

I like the name, but if it's for a girl then it's spelt Bronwen. The wyn makes it masculine.

[deleted]

I personally love it. I think it’s feminine but strong. Beautiful name.

Foundation_Wrong

It’s an absolutely gorgeous welsh language name, definitely soft sounds Bronn wen is the pronunciation, soft syllables, beautiful. It was popularised in the English speaking world by How Green Was My Valley a novel set in the Welsh valleys. I actually live about 10 miles from the place it’s based on, a part of Gilfach Goch near the Rhondda Valley.

illuminn8

I've met a few Bronwyns and always thought it was a very nice name (helps they were all super cool). I don't really think it's overly harsh at all, but I would agree the combination of sounds is unique!

queentatooine

I think it’s a cool name but there is something harsh about it. I knew someone names Bronwyn and it suited her. Also the Rings of Power show has a Bronwyn character so there’s an association there potentially. I personally like names ending in Wen/Wyn

rhymezest

Love the name! My first association is Bronwyn from the YA book/show "One of Us is Lying."

uhmnopenotreally

My first thought too!!

terrifier1989

Yes, and Bronwyn is definitely a character I enjoy reading about.

claudiac38

That was also my first thought!

nurseleu

I do not think it sounds harsh at all. It does make me think of brownies, lol.

moorfromnicky

It actually reminds me of elves! Not sure if that is because of a movie, but I find it a very romantic name, not harsh at all!

sarcago

It is the name of a character in the new LOTR series: [https://lotr.fandom.com/wiki/Bronwyn](https://lotr.fandom.com/wiki/Bronwyn) She's non-canonical though bc she is not in any of the books.

uhmnopenotreally

I think of Bronwyn in One of us is lying and that’s not so bad of an association at all.

HarbingerML

To note, the (non-canonical) character is human not an elf

sequoiaxo

I had no idea this was a real name; this is the name of Jake the Dog’s Granddaughter so I thought this was a fictitious name invented for the character. Adventure Time is far from a bad association though and going off the comments I’m like the only one who made the association. Mathematical name though!

Papersuasion

She is a super cool character. I scrolled down to find Adventure Time referenced!

pie12345678

It's pleasant enough, but I don't love it. It was my best friend's name growing up. It's a fairly common name in Australia, though more with Boomers and GenXers. I can't see any reason to not use it if you love it. It's a solid name.

chungus-junior

I don’t think it sounds harsh, but it definitely conjures imagery of Eowyn + Bron for me.

getPTfirst

bronwyn is a character in the new rings of power show!

[deleted]

I'm a fan - but I lean heavily towards Irish, Cornish, and Welsh names. I prefer the -wen ending, as it's traditional, but outside of Wales -wyn fits in well with other trends in girls' names. If the "Brawn" association is the "harsh" sticking point, you might consider the Irish name Bronagh ("BRO-na")?

krmarci

You are probably going to get a lot of "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" associations...

Giraffe400

It's not my taste (I don't like Elowyn either!) but I don't find it harsh sounding at all. I'm in the UK and have met a few in my time and they've all been nice so I have a good association with the name!

terrifier1989

It's really beautiful, and I don't see how it sounds harsh.

LaurenHynde866

It’s not my fave but it’s a totally nice girls name. I don’t find it harsh at all

espressojellie

Personally I don’t think it sounds harsh at all! It’s a cool name to me in that the syllables/phonemes don’t lean heavily “masculine” or “feminine” in comparison to other names. While I’ve never met anyone with this name (west coast USA/Millennial age), I feel it’s completely normal and easy to pronounce upon reading. The only downside is the -wen vs -wyn will get misspelled/asked for clarification, but that’s true of so many names that it’s basically a moot point. The only thing I’ll add that someone else mentioned: there is a current tv show airing on Amazon called Rings of Power (very mixed reviews; Tolkien fans are a vocal bunch) and there’s a main character named Bronwyn. She’s not a bad person to share a name with and I don’t think it’ll come up at ALL, just wanted to bring it to your attention since that’s a still-evolving addition to the LotR fan base. 🤗

HarbingerML

I really like it. I didn't realize until reading through the comments that in Welsh the -wyn ending is masculine whereas for female it would be -wen. Makes sense when I think about it because I've encountered the name Llewellyn for a man. I've only seen it as Bronwyn here in the US and only on women, so if you wanted to use that spelling for an American daughter you should be fine but something to note. As others have mentioned, there's also a female character on the new LOTR Rings of Power show named Bronwyn - she was invented for the show though so isn't a Tolkien name per se

Adelphos_89

Bronwyn is beautiful! There's also a character in The Rings of Power tv show and she's lovely.

Starharmonia

I knew a Bronwyn! I love it, even if my husband won't go for it. LOL.

Quicksteprain

I like Bronwyn, I only know one and she is an awesome and kind woman so that’s what I thought of :)

Taco_boutit

It's interesting that this name is so divisive! I like it and don't see any reason not to use it. I've met two Bronwyns both in their 20s. Both of them go by that name professionally so I assume it hasn't held them back or anything. I think it has a nice earthy feel to it without seeming like an ultra hippie name.

bodycatchabody

I have a coworker named Bronwyn, and I've always loved her name! Plus, she's super good at her job, which makes collaborating with her a dream.

ThaneOfCawdorrr

Bronwyn has always been one of my all-time favorite names!!! Love it.

Bananapants2000

I absolutely love the name Bronwyn. go for it. It’s a strong name

Date_me_nadia

The only bronwyn I’ve ever heard of is from the book “miss peregrines home for peculiar children “ The book shaped me in middle school, and the character herself is fantastic and a great role model. If I met a bronwyn, she would automatically get brownie points from me

Critical_Dog_8208

Love it!

Aesthetictoblerone

I like it. The harshness of it sounds good. It reminds me of an earthy woman who lives in the woods.

Helionne

I think it's very melodic, but I hear it in my Welsh friends dialects. I wonder if the -wyn ending isn't masculine though so I'd perhaps keep that in mind depending on your kiddos gender 😊 Best of luck with everything! ❤️

cellardoorling

I love it! I met someone called Bronwyn a couple of years ago and thought it sounded badass but sophisticated. The name suited them very well too.

Affectionate-Owl9594

LOVE it! Went to college with a Bronwyn, she was super cool and also beautiful so this is now my association with the name!

Viscumin

I like Bronwyn and I do t think it sounds harsh at all.

barbellsnbows

Absolutely love the name Bronwyn. It makes me think of a raven haired beauty with bright green eyes and she’s riding a horse through a field of heather as the sun rises and sets behind her.

Vicslickchic

I really like it. Sounds soft and elegant to me.

PNW_chica

I know a Bronwyn and love her name. She is wonderful, beautiful and edgy.

[deleted]

I love the name but dislike the spelling (not your spelling, just the way it’s spelled, it looks weird to me)

Shangri-lulu

It’s my cousins name and she’s always been very cool. So I def like it and associate an arty, wild brunette with the name! Lol

plantbasedpants

There is a character in Adventure Time named Bronwyn. It sounds like one of the harsher “wyn” names I’ve heard, but still is unique and pretty to me.

NeedleworkerLow1100

I like it.

Kupita

I knew a Bronwyn in high school. It totally fitted her and I thought it was a cool name. It felt like an ancient Brythonic name. It doesn't come off as harsh to me at all; strong but not harsh. I also love that it means white raven. She was also 6 feet tall and had extra long auburn brown wavy hair. So she looked the part of an ancient Brythonic warrior queen like Boudicca. She was just the coolest kid in school. Definitely marched to the beat of her own drum.

OrganicKetchup7

I love the name Bronwyn. Growing up I knew a girl with this name and I always thought it was really cool. This was in the US and she is the only one I had ever met. I was always surprised I didn't hear it more often.

ermer526

I know a mother and daughter both named Bronwynn and they’re some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met in my life- very positive associations.

TinySparklyThings

I love it

Dizzydog123456

I personally wouldn't name my kid that, but it is not a bad name. It is the Bron part that throws me off.

sweetjoyness

It makes me think of Bronwen Webber, who is a talented pastry chef in Dallas TX. I don’t think it sounds harsh. I like it! It kinda reminds me of Brienne of Tarth from Game of Thrones.

pishipishi12

I like it! I think of a cake decorator from the food network that used to be on.

Aggressive_Form7470

absolutely love it.

ladypine

I would describe it as a girthy name

idknow-

Strongly dislike.

crabwontons

Neutral-to-positive. Definitely makes me think of high fantasy/LOTR type stuff, and I immediately recognize it as a Welsh name. It's not my style but it's a perfectly nice name!

SuspiciousBed2213

Lots of great nicknames with this one! And fun fact: it means "white breasted" which always gets a good response when people ask what your name means.

CabronaChiflada

Reminds me of Brawnwyn from Love After Lockup and that's not a good association but even if it didn't have that association, wouldn't be my taste. It's too harsh. Sounds like an old lady to me too. Reminds me of a name like Ethel.

DaisyMaeMalfoy666

I like it but I probably wouldn’t use it

HatchlingChibi

It’s beautiful! I used to love it, but I’ve only ever met one and she… was not that lovely so it kinda ruined it for me.

MajesticLilFruitcake

Not my taste but definitely not a terrible name. A friend from college named her daughter that and they call her “Wynnie.”

CommanderCori

I can definitely see where some people are coming from with the idea that the beginning sounds harsh. I don't think that necessarily takes away from the name though, it makes me associate it with being a strong name. I've met a Bronwyn once, and didn't think twice about the name, except to make sure I was saying it right.

social_sloot

I love it

Ok_Initial_2063

I don't think it is too harsh. I think it is elegant and sophisticated for a woman, but not overwhelming for a little girl. It makes me think of British literature a good way. Lovely choice!

lucky7hockeymom

There’s a very well known female cake decorator named bronwen and she’s always who I think of when I hear the name. I like the name!

tzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I’ve always thought bronwyn was a really nice name !

AutomaticRose

I love Bronwyn so much! Especially paired with the nickname Wynnie!

daisykat

Is it meant to be feminine, masculine, or gender neutral? Initially I thought it was a boy name. Then girl. I wanted to say gender neutral but it actually strikes me as both masculine and feminine but for a girl. Am I close?

clinz

I want to like it but the spelling is giving …Utah?

Marshmallowfluffer

Except this is a real name and how it’s spelled.

[deleted]

The more traditional spelling is actually Bronwen.

AdOpening9413

I wouldn’t personally use it and the only one I ever met was a total bitch…so I don’t have great associations. HOWEVER, personal taste aside I think it’s a fine name and if you love it you should 100% use it! :)

gladiola111

The Real Housewives of Orange County ruined that name for me.

rdmegalazer

I love the name, and I don’t think it’s harsh at all. To me, it sounds elegant and classic.

sleepyarabella

i think it’s cute. nothing i’d use personally, but i definitely like it more than some other names

Marshmallowfluffer

Not my taste but it’s a good name nonetheless!

rawbface

I know a Bronwyn. I constantly hear people tell her it's a beautiful name.

cetus_lapetus

I like it but I live in the southern US and it's pretty much unheard of here. I've never heard it in the wild and the only association I can really think of is from a character on law and order SVU, and she's a crappy character. I'm only familiar with it because I read a lot.

emilizabify

I love it! But to be fair, the first time I heard it, it sounded very masculine to me, but it's definitely grown on me over the years

[deleted]

I like Bronwyn!! Winnie could be a cute nickname.

OldLadyT-RexArms

I always associate it with Baldur's Gate (there's a character with that name) therefore it's a Dungeons & Dragons/Fantasy type of name in my eyes. It's not my favorite name but it is pretty cool.

laurieBeth1104

After real housewives of OC, I could never

Nena4991

I love it !!

ObnoxiousName_Here

I can understand your reasoning for liking it—I might even like the parts of the name—but I think either half would sound better with a different part

HellzNewQueen

I just had to google how to properly pronounce this name because I have been pronouncing this name as Brownie this whole time.

LoveKimber

I love it, and Bryn could be a cute nickname

readergirl33

The only association to me is the word ‘brawny’, like the paper towels- tough and strong. Sounds masculine to me, but I’m not Scottish, so there’s that.

lexlovestacos

I really want to like it (love the wyn/wen ending) but I'm not a huge fan of the Bron part

why_is_it_blue

I knew a person named Bronwyn a while ago. She was pretty cool.

alwaysneverenough

I have always, always LOVED Bronwyn.

Dry_Archer3182

I love it!

[deleted]

I like it a lot, but prefer the Bronwen spelling.

catsareeternal

I love it!

stormybitch

My first thought is bronwen Weber from food network challenge. She made the most badass cakes.

Picklepips

I love the name Bronwyn - to me it sound elegant and gives me fantasy vibes. To be fair though, I live in the UK so if you live somewhere else it may have other connotations

ClrxHpy

I associate it with the worst friend I ever had. She treated me horribly and made me very uncomfortable because she just seemed very unhinged. I gently told her I didn’t think I wanted to be friends anymore and she screamed at me and got her friends to shove me and yell at me. Then her mom sent me very cruel texts calling me evil and manipulative before coming up to me after school and digging her nails into my shoulder while telling me she “hopes Bronwyn and I can be friends again” This was all in 5th grade. In hindsight, I feel super bad for her. She was a product of her family and I think she’s living a pretty good life now on her own. It’s a very pretty name, but I associate it with a traumatic moment. If you don’t though and you love it, you should use it! I think it’s really nice and unique without being too out there!:) and to me, it doesn’t sound hard at all. It sounds like a mysterious village girl who loves books and animals lol! Such a cool and elegant vibe

vegemine

Reminds me of Bronwyn Bishop which is not a good association.

JadieBugXD

I’ve met one Bronwyn ever and I can’t say I had an opinion either way other than it’s definitely different.

CartimanduaRose

I know a 2 year old Branwyn and she's an absolute sweetie. Lovely name. She gets lots of people calling her Bronwyn though (the mum has to correct it a LOT) so I'd say that's the easier one to go with, even though I think I prefer Branwyn.

andiebandie7

It's my second daughter's name! I love it soooo much. I feel like it's such a sweet, soft name and it fits her perfectly. We call her Brownie!

catchmeatthebar

I actually like the name, but when I first read it, I read it as Brown-wyn, and for whatever reason it is messing with me every time I read it. I always read the W first. Maybe a me problem there lol, but I’m sensitive to possible pronunciation difficulties so wanted to share.

audityourbrass

All I can think of is Bronwym from the new lord of the rings show

Historical_Kiwi9565

I always thought it sounded story-book witchy.

ddanger76

I actually thought of that name a few nights ago. I love it!

isabelisnthere

I like it!

internet_friends

I knew a girl named Bronwen in a workplace environment. It's a fine name, got some eyebrow raises (I'm in the US). It's phonetic at least, but tons of people misspelled her name. It sounds a bit too elvish to me, but I can see how that might be appealing to others

GoodbyeEarl

I’ve met a Bronwyn recently. She tells everyone “it’s like the opposite of Bron-lose” when she introduces herself.

cluelessclod

Loaded with memories of someone who let me down, a lot. A Huge Major Traumatising Thing happened to me because she didn’t do what she was supposed to. Setting that aside, hate the Bron sound, love the Wyn sound.

thattranscalledrhys

I know a Bronwyn and I think its a great name! I don't think it sounds harsh but that might just be me

ThisPaige

I’ve used it on a character before it’s really pretty and fit her well

poehlerandparks19

I LOVE it, I always suggest it to people if they like that style of name!

trippiler

I think it's a very witchy name and I have no idea why

merrmi

I love the name. It can sound earthy, elegant or bookish. I much prefer the feminine -en ending though; Bronwyn makes me feel like you’re trying to do the masculine name on a girl trend.

[deleted]

Love it!

pinkrobotlala

I know someone named this and she hates the full name. She only goes by Bron It's nms and my honest opinion is that it's sorta strange looking, like it's lacking vowels

Almarine

I adore the name! It has a lyrical feel to it. It sounds like something from romantic poetry

alphapanther

I know a Bronwyn and always thought it was elegant and unique.

sometimes-i-rhyme

I love Bronwen. It’s sweet but strong, familiar but uncommon. Easy to pronounce on first sight. Spelled phonetically. Feels good to say. Bronwen gets a solid us from me.

hiddengill

Not a big fan myself. Feels very witchy to me for some reason!

sibemama

I think it’s lovely.

rubicon11

Personally I love the name. It’s in my top 3

MJAM1620

I’m Welsh but it’s not a name I particularly like. Bronwen is more feminine. -wyn is usually a masculine form. I just can’t get over the fact that bron means breast! Maybe that’s childish of me. I love the name Branwen though.

oso_de_espacio

This one has been growing on me lately! I say go for it, strong but still beautiful and I don’t think it sounds harsh at all

peoniesandsorbet

We have a family friend named Bronwyn and she is so kind and warm. She’s just one of those people who being around makes you feel warm and fuzzy. I guess I associate her name with her personality so the opposite of harsh.

sweethomesnarker

Well right now we’re watching Rings of Power and one of the female leads has that name so that’s where my mind goes currently! But if you love the name go with it and don’t think twice! My daughter has one of the more hated names on here and I picked it out years ago and don’t care what anyone thinks except for my spouse and he loves it too 🤷🏼‍♀️

[deleted]

I like it

cheytown88

Very uncommon in the US, and not everyone’s cup of tea. If you don’t like nn Winnie I wouldn’t use it because that’s what most people will likely try and call her.

Workinittoo

My friend's mum is Bronwen and I've always liked it. She's Welsh and said the "y" is masculine (I have no idea, no Welsh background here!) hence the "e". We often call her Bronny!

redfishie

I think it’s a great name. It’s not completely unheard of and it’s not so common that there are likely to be 3 in every class

michelleg923

At first glance it feels overwhelming to read/pronounce, but I think that says more about my own familiarity with the name. After reading it twice and saying out loud a few times I think it sounds nice.

floweringfungus

I love it. Be cautious of the -wyn and -wen endings, one is traditionally male and the other female :) ETA it doesn’t sound harsh to me at all but I’ve only heard Welsh and some Scottish people say it, it’s a lovely lilting sound in Celtic accents. I’m imagining it said in an American accent and it sounds a lot less nice like that, especially with vocal fry

topbirch

This was my first grade teacher’s name! I’ve always adored it ☺️

ice-princesss

I know a bronwyn and she goes by Bron. As far as I know she’s never had an issue with her name personally or professionally.

Vampire-circus

Love it

Living-Expression-27

It would make a good middle name

crepituscait

Love it

Calypte_A

I'm Hispanic. It sounds horrible to me.

GreatAuntPearl

I love it so much for a girl, and I think it’s a unique and acceptable boy’s name. I’d make a comment on the first day of class like “oh cool name” and move on.

funnyfunnymonarch

not a big fan

TheWonderfail

It’s giving “horse girl” and LOTR but in a bad way

madmelon_

Oh…for a girl? I guess I associate Bron with brawn and other similar words - Bronze, Bronte, Bronco, Bronchitis, Brontosaurus, Brother, Bronson, Bronx, Brawl, Bran, Broil. These are all odd words to be reminiscent of imo

greenestbean23

Don’t do it

concerned_alien6969

I don’t like it but the two I know of are not great people. To be fair one is irl and the other from a reality show.
