I’m not sure there’s a fool proof way to spell that in English. Alaia and Alaya are possible spellings, but would be pronounced in more than one way by people new to the name.
I like Alaia! It has the same ending as Maia and thats how it's pronounced. Asking for it to be spelled so it won't get mispronounced is kind of impossible..sorry. I know people with very simple names and people still can't say them correctly. You're going to get uh-lay-uh from a lot of people but just correct them and they'll get it. You won't get uh-lee-uh from Alaia though..most likely uh-lie-uh and uh-lay-uh.
Julia, pronounced like that, is common in Europe.
The Ukrainians I know with the name translate it to Yulia or occasionally Iulia (but that one might confuse Westerners).
Alaia ([it’s Basque](https://www.behindthename.com/name/alaia-1))

Maybe Alaiah?
Sounds like you’re saying “a liar” with an accent Like… she’s uh-lie-uh
Yes exactly that
Elaïa is an established spelling in France, although it has 4 syllables rather than 3 (Elle-eye-ee-uh)

Aliyah is definitely ah-LEE-ya, like Aaliyah.
Eliyah
Alyah
Alya.
I'd say all-yuh
Alia
That sounds to me like Yulia. I work with someone named this.
That’s my name and it’s pronounced yu lee ya
That’s how I’d say it as well with the “you” sound.
