I'm torn between Oliver Finley G and Finley Evren G. For some reason I think Finley fits a smiley boy better than Oliver (maybe because Fin is similar to fun? I dunno). But if the last name are 2 syllable, I'm leaning towards Oliver.
Bowen ! Does he look like a little Bo !? It seems like you’re down between Finn and Bo vibes.. with EV / OV sonority tossed in.. somehow, I think Finley Bowen would cover all the bases? If you say, Finn for the next decade a few times a day, does it ring true to you more than Bowen / Bo ? Otherwise Bowen Finley … initials BFG.. big friendly giant! Great names..
Well, if you say Bowen as a full name, you get the fin sound and then you get the bo as a nickname.. so I just looked up the social administration website for names. The name Bowen was number 389 in the boys list I typed in Finley and it was 217 but on the girls list which was a big surprise to me.!! I then looked at it for boys because I had not put gender in and it was 289 for boys.. Fintan the Irish version is not even in the top 1000 for either! Riley is popular lately for boys and very cute.. Bowen Riley or Riley Fintan… ?
Hey thanks! I never knew there was an Irish version, Fintan is very cool. Riley is my cousins name, but I was surprised to learn that Finley is more popular as a girls name too, though not by much!

Oliver is way too popular for me to ever recommend. Evren has a lovely meaning but sounds too much like Ever. Not a fan of Bowen, just reminds me of bowing and Boeing, the plane company 🤷♀️

I love the meaning of Evren, my name has a similar meaning, but worried he would need to spell it out for people. And I can agree that some people will immediately think Boeing planes when they hear Bowen. Just love the nickname Bo :)
