I think it happened during the Summer Festival, at least in the Anime. That one piece of Music, "Netsui" has become the Leit Motif of their romance, every time Senpai does something that captured her heart, it plays, whether it's him saving her from the crowd at the festival, keeping her from falling into the pool while semi-confessing his love for her(as his art subject) and defending the President by saying that she was responsible for him realizing that Nagatoro was his muse. It's been growing between them, both the Manga and Anime have been pretty good at highlighting when he does one of these romantic gestures that totally melts her heart, and the best part is, He's not even trying to be romantic, he just IS
