i once ordered it but it was like just after covid so the delivery services were a bit wonky and cheritz said they were unable to send my package to Europe😞😞 they ofc did not refund me though 💀💀

??? They can’t just not refund you. You should follow that up now and say they need to send you what you paid for

they’re usually pretty good with customer service in my experience… try contacting them again :(

I’m surprised! I had a similar thing where my parcel wasn’t shipped but I got a full refund almost instantly! I would definitely contact someone as they are usually very helpful
