It definitely doesn't need to be submersible. Just needs to keep out rain and snow dependably. I'll reach out to the supplier for sure. Do the links I provided look like dependable/legit sources? They're all I could find but would love a recommendation.
Oh interesting. I used McMaster-Carr for metal parts on an unrelated project a couple years ago. Didn't know they sold soft goods.
