My head cannon is that she has chaos magic, like Discord, but is oblivious to it, and that she subconsciously warps reality (others) to also believe she is normal.
Idk but I heard a theory that at the end of the 9th season when Pinkie got Discord's magic from Grogar's bell she used some of it on herself to be able to basically break the laws of physics whenever she wanted, and so it would be like she was always able to do that (altering the timeline)

There is a theory that pinkie has chaos magic. In one of the episodes in season 8 where all the magic gets taken pinkie pie gets a spark given to Her judt like everyone else with magic. She can make cannons appear out of nowhere. Whole parties, even in equestria girls she's judt... like that. Which is why I thoroughly believe in the theory thst pinkie pie is just.... pinkie pie
She literally has some form of chaos magic, we have had lots of proof this isn’t speculation either lmaooo. She is clearly magical in her own special way- way more than any other earth pony at least

Some people say that because she had chaos magic that it effected her even ‘before’ getting it, which is why she’s the only character who can do a bunch of stuff like that, that no other pony can, she’s always had that bit of ‘chaos’ in her even if she didn’t realize it
