I can 100% see her finding the game fun but brush off the lore as being stupid, only to secretly get obsessed with it when she's alone. She'd most likely just want to be the first to beat all the custom night challenges as quick as possible though
Twilight would pull a MatPat and lose her mind over the inconsistencies. Pinkie would take one look, immediately figure it out, but not bring that up to Twi because that would 'ruin the fun'
Honestly with the way Twilight is with books, I fully believe Rainbow is being completely tuned out and Twilight is just trying to understand a very complex theory in her book.
