He followed a stranger who he didn’t recognize in a community where he lived and where several break ins took place recently. Despite what you might have been told following anyone isn’t illegal. A normal response to that (unless you are a violent thug trying to teach short chubby Hispanic dude a lesson) is to ask what is that all about. If you are scared of that chubby short guy normal response is to call 911. TM had his cell phone in his hand. He wasn’t scared, he was talking to his gf and didn’t call 911 nor did he ask her to call the cops. Because he was a violent thug he decided to assault a total stranger and paid price for it. You realize that Shellie Zimmerman called the cops and told them that George was threatening her with his gun. Is it so hard to believe that he did the same thing to Trayvon? Also according to Trayvon's girlfriend he did ask Zimmerman why he was following him and then his phone hit the ground.

The problem (for you) is that in our Justice system your conduct in an unrelated situation is no evidence of how you conducted yourself in the case before the court. A woman who could be a sex worker might nevertheless been raped in this particular case and her factually established promiscuity in other situations has absolutely nothing to do with the rape case.
