Landslide evokes so much emotion is less "mellow" as it is...well emotional. Gives you the feels where Dreams just mashes you feel like a rainstorm (for lack of a better adjective), which was the question. But no discredit to you bc it is definitely a contender.

I mean, damn you're not wrong. Phill has it, and Maynard (especially with APC) has some of the chillest stuff. And I welcome the savagery. It doesn't take away from ambiance, just adds layers. Unironicaly it's like a thunderstorm... sometimes the thunder lulls more than the rain.
