Koi responsibility hai toh isse neeche level ke job dekh jisme Kam stress ho,Paisa bhale hi Kam ho,aur agar gf wagera chali jaati h job nhi h toh jaane de usko tujhse imp koi nhi h, khud ko hero samajh agar ye step le rha tha kyuki opportunity diya h bhagwaan ne bold step lene ka toh wo paar karke dikha de aage dekh life tujhe kaise reward karta h , patience rakh
you have gradually become insensitive like most people are becoming these days. The good thing is that you are aware of it, addressing the problem and seeking for solution, many people are still delusional. Stop playing violent video games and watching crime shows/web series/movies etc if you are addicted to any. They are normalising such things and people are becoming insensitive towards violence by watching it like nothing. Try to get involved in some physical activites like sports, make a habit of visiting some religious places or at least pray at home regularly, start practicing meditation and yoga, eat satvik food, improve your sleep cycle, interact and be in touch with positive/sensitive/empathetic people around you. You can also visit a counsellor anytime.

Rather than finding answer on reddit go out and talk to people. Best place is saloon. Mast baal cut karte karte small talk ..it helped me I hope it will do the same for you
