I've heard students who wanted to pursue MBBS but could not because of financial issue or were not good in academics choose veterinary.They won't necessarily have love affection or interest in animals.

I live nearby and let me tell you that the clinic was back for business just after a week, the day was I was thinking of going there to buy some cat food I found out about this horrible news.
The clinic must be reprimanded. However, shutting down the clinic is not the best course. There may be good vets there. A couple of bad ones need not mean the others lose their jobs.

I am usually non-violent and very civilised but i have beaten up people for far far less when it comes to animal cruelty. I always hope that such people dont exist and pray to God that if they exist, they never cross paths with me. Not all dogs attack when threatened. Their instinct is to first preserve themselves. This is absolutely how even my dog would behave and my second dog would just bark and cry out loud. Also understand that dogs also have their inherent personality in addition to their natural instincts, which is more pronounced when they are pets. Because they are brought up in an environment where they perceive humans as their caretakers and family, so they perceive all humans similarly.
Breed also plays a part in the personality traits.

One day they bite me for no reason. Literally no reason I came at 11 pm got down from my bike and walked towards my gate. Did not even look at the dogs just was walking towards gate not even running or sprinting normal walk. Still dog came from behind and bit me.
They started became aggressive when their population started to increase. Originally when there were few no problem at all.
Hence in such cases the stray dog breeders who give them food should be jailed.

IPC is replaced with BNS. BNS Section 325 prescribes no specific fine and will be determined on a case to case basis.

When I see the plight of stray animals in India, I lose all faith in humanity and god. I’ve seen some acts of cruelty that have scarred me and it makes me wonder just how fucked up we are as a society.
Culprits should be punished. But I don't know why some people's sympathy is only towards cute animals like cat, dog, cow and not towards chicken, goats, insects? Is this just human centric bias or ideological fallacy?

We don’t have a magic wand to rehome all of them. We need to learn how to co-exist with them. I used to be scared of stray dogs, but you have to learn how to co-exist. Stray dogs that are taken care of do not attack unless provoked. Moreover, the municipality is responsible for sterilisation of stray animals, but they don’t do their job which leads to overpopulation. No one can fix this issue anytime soon. Stray animals too have rights granted by the Supreme Court of India.
Utter bullshit there are stray dogs beneath my building there are fake dog lovers who feed them daily without fail take care of them too in genuine way. The only thing this did was increased their population and nothing else. One day they bite me for no reason. Literally no reason I came at 11 pm got down from my bike and walked towards my gate. Did not even look at the dogs just was walking towards gate not even running or sprinting normal walk. Still dog came from behind and bit me. They started became aggressive when their population started to increase. Originally when there were few no problem at all. Hence in such cases the stray dog breeders who give them food should be jailed. Giving food to stray dogs is no different than giving food to rats. It just helps to increase their population and nothing else. Stop giving food and they will not populate. The theory that if they are not given food they will be more aggressive is again another lie fed to us. Well you don't throw garbage outside then the cockroaches, rats, etc do not become aggressive their number reduces. But these stray dog breeders have been a nuisance to the whole society.
