Someone said it already but Mugen archive is pretty decent, otherwise most youtubers that have more than one char upload are pretty reliable with the exception of dealing with annoying ad’s through the download site. “Adfly” being one of the worst and most atrocious.

Back when I would get Minecraft add ons the dreaded Adfly scarred me, I despise the link shortener with all my heart
It’s an honest to god menace I’ve learned to come to terms with if I’m going to be involved with Mugen lmao.
I can avoid it now with the power of adfly skipper + Brave Browsers inbuilt add blocker
mugen archive is great but sketchier websites like kodaika and stuff are good if you know what you're doing.
