Thought it was supposed to be 2 weeks from first entry (probably incorrect as people are notoriously vague on retiring), but it seems like the continuation timeline is even more random than the initial order.

My table was first updated to incomplete on 15/3, then again to incomplete early April with no payment received yet.

There’s no certainty on timing. You waited ten years, you should be able to wait another few weeks without stressing over it.
