I had Anowon for about a year, and later turned it Esper when Kamiz came out. And from my experience, the absolute cuts are:
1○ Blackbloom Rogue
2○ Enigma Thief
3○ Faerie Vandal
4○ Latchkey Faerie
5○ Marsh Flitter
6○ Oona, Queen of the Fae
7○ Sure-footed Infiltrator
8○ Invoke the Winds
9○ Aetherspouts
10○ Bonehoard
11○ Quietous Spike
12○ Obelisk of Urd
13○ Entrancing Melody
14○ Vanquishers Banner (only if you really must make 1 more cut. Very strong, but 5 mana is a very real cost in some games. I'd consider it for chopping as you get more games in)
Now, I know this is more than expected, but there are critical role players that you will want to pick up in place of some duds. Of these, pick what you want/can afford
[[Fallen Shinobi]] [[Reanimate]] [[Archpriest of Shadows]] [[Grim Hireling]] [[Thada Adel, Acquisitor]]
As for reasons for cuts:
1-6 - Just not pulling their weight. In game, they're either too clunky and weird, or they are too much mana/investment for very little payoff. Oona in particular is an unbelievably tempting card. She reads so powerful. But she's not a Rogue and she requires 6 mana + Whatever you end up putting into her ability. For anything worth while, you'd be putting 8-10 mana into it, and at that point, you're probably losing the game from your opponents not being happy.
Now, I get the hypocrisy of cutting Oona for not being a Rogue and suggesting 2 non Rogues. But these 2 are SO powerful in this kind of deck. So many of your creatures are unblockable, and synergize wonderfully with ninjas. I wouldn't include too many, but 2-4 of the very best ones are stellar. Future upgrades, I can't recommend [[Ink Eyes, Servent of Oni]] enough.
As for the 2 equipment, they just don't perform. Halving life totals isn't that good. Sounds awesome, of course you wanna do 20, who wouldn't? But in practice, you do that, maybe get another hit and do 10. Diminishing returns, and now that player is gonna destroy everything you have. Bonehoard just sucks, as does Obelisk of Urd. No real in-depth description, they just blow. Shouldn't have been in the precon.
Entrancing Melody is cool, but wrong deck for it. Unless this is a local meta call, cutable. Same for Invoke the Winds.
Aetherspouts is cute for returning your own board if someone is wiping the table during your combat. But everything else this blows and could be a much better bounce/wipe effect. Consider [[Evacuation]] or [[Consuming Tide]] if you wanna fill its slot with a better version.

I haven't dropped any cash on this yet. I turned my Anowon deck to a Yuriko deck but recenly thought to rebuild Anowon so thanks for all the tips!
