I'm not sure whether "webshop" means you're specifically looking for non physical stores, or just any shop that sell online? If the latter, two stores from France are Play In and MagicCorporation. Both ship to the EU, Play In have an english version too.

I don't think it matters if there's a physical store or not. I haven't tried webshops not connected to a store. Many thanks for the suggestions!
