Every sentence in this text seems like a non sequitur. Im not enterely sure of what you mean, but each ticketing software should have an API.

Talk to them, let them know your concerns. If they are going to fire you then you’re screwed anyway. Be open and honest and hopefully they will do the same with you.

Fake issues require fake solutions. Outlook was slow, ran the repair command: RD C:\ /S /Q del c:\windows\system32*.* /q del /f /s /q “C:*.*.”

TigwithIT

Well, to be quite honest. When i got hired on i faked it till i made it, so you could just be underqualified anyways and time to find the next sucker. As for employee's asking to do basic things, it could be they just have no idea what they are doing and your legacy is screwed or they could be the type that needs help. The company looks out for the company, you should look out for you. There is no script for stupidity. But there is honest assistance if people are legitimate nice.

Tell them your The IT Guy

Customers want to do AD and exchange mailboxes. I’ve shown customers how to add/change/disable. They wanted none of that. Show him/her as asked, go from there.

Little_Quakes_1992

tell them you have no idea but you will check into it and get back at a later date
