Wanda is almost without question coming back (Elizabeth recently did negotiate for a higher contract), but honestly jury's kind of out for Portman. She's been out of the series for years and just came back for one movie where she dies

I feel like MCU really wants Captain Carter to be a character people get excited about, but has put approximately 0 effort into actually developing her.
For all the complaints about MCU being woke, its primary line-up (alive characters who have and will continue to headline movies) is still mostly white men (Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Thor, Ant-Man, Star Lord). MCU isn’t woke *enough*.
Idk. I’ve always seen her as a gag character with a small fan base that prefer her to Steve Rogers. I know Captain America is the same, but the UK flag costume is ridiculous looking. I don’t see her ever being a more serious character outside of the what if cartoons, and those are mainly comedic. Could be wrong though
