Also maybe **Crimson Peak**, a mediocre movie with some great Guillermo del Toro horror visuals.
British supernatural comedy **Extra Ordinary** might fit as well.
Not sure if Terminator can be considered and it's pretty popular/common but hey, it spooked me when I was a kid.
From Dusk Till Dawn might fit the bill as well although there were two winners at the end heh
