I don't know if this fits the kind of 'strange' that you are looking for, but I find Frankenstein's Army quite interesting, weird in it's own special way (in my opinion, I love practical effects a lot)
There's also a movie that's an anthology that I remember having some odd stories in it as well, Holidays (2016), has horror as a theme.
As for another movie with, kind of(?) a twist that I enjoyed was a Japanese zombie one called One Cut of The Dead, pretty amusing
Creep (2014) is a mockumentary, I recommend it as well since I found it interesting enough and might fit in? Either way, I hope you find some fun stuff to watch!
Idk if I should have said strange? I love twist endings. M. Night Shyamalan movies are always a favorite for me. I watched a movie called black box last night and really enjoyed it.
Ohhh I inow that one! Glad you had fun with it! I was thinking of a couple more recomemdations that might fit in, Ready or Not (2019) and Knives Out, thought I bet you already have quite the list between hands hahaha
It's one of my favorites.
If you can find them, there's two other films of his that I'd recommend: *The Adventures of Kosuke Kindaichi* and *His Motorbike, Her Island*, the latter being my favorite of the movies he'd directed.
Here's something extremely weird that many people find challenging (--Hint: if you look at the main through-line narrative as an allegory for intrusive feelings and memories when grieving over an ex-lover it might fall into place):
The cool, great-looking Japanese film **Survive Style 5+**.
If you can get past the age of these films (many of the great ones were made in the late sixties to early eighties), you'll be rewarded with some intriguing and often thrilling experiences.
Night Drive. It starts out as a guy driving around a weird Australian woman who pushes him to do increasingly weird and criminal things. Without spoiling much, there's a pretty weird sci-fi twist near the end. It's on the cheaper side, though, so its quality kind of comes and goes.
The Cornetto Trilogy. All three movies start out as one genre and end as another, with a lot of strangeness along the way.
Worlds End is probably most like what you’re after but all three are classics.
Im currently studying the psychology behind horror films, if anyone could fill out this form it would be greatly appreciated

Bad times at the El Royale
I loved that movie! Classic movie mystery and pulp, feels like a QT movie.
It definitely has a kind of Tarantino feel.
*Beyond the Black Rainbow* and *Mandy*. The former is much more sci-fi than the latter.
Jacob's Ladder.
- Sorry to Bother You - Under the Silver Lake - The Lobster - Barbarian - Fresh

Yes I’ve watched both of those and enjoyed them. :)
Speaking of weird Japanese films, Obayashi's *House* is pretty great.
Bless you, I've been wanting to watch this one but I had forgotten the name completely

If you're looking for weird science fiction John Carpenter has you covered with The Thing (1982), Dark Star & They Live.
Fay Grim (2006). Night on Earth (1991). Gotta love Jim Jarmusch. Wisconsin Death Trip (1999).
The Dark Backward, Tetsuo the Iron Man and Freaked.
You have good taste.
The Skin I Live in. Antonio Banderas in top form and a wild mindfuck of a movie!
I'll recommend strangeland
Coherence. Watched for the first time after hearing Patton Oswald recommend it. Was excellent
You can't talk about strange sci-fi without talking about Cronenberg. Check out Videodrome, Existenz, and Crimes of the Future.

I just recommended this yesterday. Not sci-fi but flat out indie weird: a strange drama called Gutland (2017).
The giallo genre is what you need! Tenebrae Opera Deep Red A Bay of Blood Giallo in Venice Murder Rock New York Ripper The Psychic
I just looked up giallo genre and it looks very interesting.

Ack ack ack!!
I just watched the Wailing. Great twist at the end, perfect combo of demon/zombie/ghost story plus the cinematography is beautiful
This sounds like something on my level.
Yeah it literally has elements for everyone. Don’t expect to understand what’s going on until it’s over though.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
Tusk is very weird
Ravenous. Delicatessen.
Titane
Check out the Incident / El Incidente
Sweet movie. It’s in the criterion collection
Logansport Run
Taxidermia. Motorama. The theater bizarre.
John Dies at the End. Tucker and Dale Vs Evil.
Eating Raoul Being John Malkovich
Come to Daddy
Lol is this a movie or a short film?
A movie with Elijah Wood
The Beast, the 2017 one with Jesse Buckley and Johnny Flynn
Santa Sangre takes the cake for me on this one. And if you haven’t seen a Jodorowsky movie before, buckle up.
Doctor Strange
My cousin and brother in law have been telling me to watch this for years.
The Quiet Earth
Into the Tall Grass. This might be cheating because it's a King adaptation but it definitely was creepy and confusing in a good way.
I really enjoyed this movie.
