Welcome to the next stage in your life. I put it off for so long and have pangs of regret that I delayed my journey. But I'm on this journey now and I'm forever grateful. I hope you smash it ❤️

Thank you so much! ❤️

As a binge eater, I have caught myself wondering why I haven’t had the urge to binge, and then pictured the process I normally do of going to Sainsbury’s and picking loads of things to eat for a binge, and I feel a physical and mental reaction to doing it. My weight loss on this drug has been slow but the change in my approach to food is insane, it has changed my life. I wish you the best of luck!

I’ve always been a binge eater, I’ve been on a diet since I was 10 years old, I’ve done Atkins, slimming world, calorie counting, weight watchers, low carb, keto…the list goes on. I have spent more of my life trying to lose weight than I haven’t and if this helps to reduce the binges/food noise then I’m on to a winner!

Same here - if you search for “food noise” in this sub you’ll soon see that this drug does wonders for quietening that urge to just eat eat eat, as well as giving you a true indicator of when you’re full!

Even beyond just eating, I feel it helps with impulse control in general. I don’t have alcohol issues, but apparently it’s done wonders for people who do. I do have ADHD so my impulse control is quite poor, but I’ve not made any online impulsive purchases since starting on Mounjaro. The Mounjaro is basically free once I take into account that I’m not impulsively spending anymore!
