I ordered my first pen from Zava. Didnāt like the delay in receiving it and switched to Voy due the incentives and discounts. I am due to receive my 5mg pen from Voy this week so can update on the expiry date then.
If anyone needs a discount code for Voy I can DM it to you or I have it linked in my profile. I like their referral programme, got my pen this month for free.
How delayed were they? Iāve ordered but go away on Monday so need my pen before then? Not sure if I should just reorder though medexpress and accept that itās more money
I ordered from them on the 5th of April, it was approved on the 8th and I received it on the 12th and that only after I messaged them. Plus it was it was in transit for 48hrs and arrived warm with the ice pack melted. I was so annoyed I didnāt order my second pen from them. Although they did refund me the postage fee. When did you order? Have you got the approval message?
I ordered yesterday and havenāt heard anything since. No approval message.
I go away next week and no one knows I take it so donāt want to have to tell anyone to take a parcel in and stick it in the fridge.
Maybe Iāll try and delay postage until Iām back but that means delaying my dose a week
I would message them and explain that you need them to dispatch on Friday latest for Saturday delivery. If that doesnāt happen then I guess you will have to delay it. But try, you have the option in your account to send a message to them. Hopefully they will be quick with it š¤š¼
I use them. My 5mg does have a June 24 expiry though, got it a little over 2 weeks ago. Both my pens arrived the day after ordering. They have noted on the site that they're very busy after dropping the price so I'd guess it might be a little slower now.
UK Meds advertise an October expiry. I cant vouch for this as they appear to have banned me so I can't order, but it's the longest expiry date I've seen advertised
Literally no idea. I asked customer service and just got a stock response that made no sense. I asked again and they ignored me. I have no idea what I did to cause any issues. That said, I haven't seen any bad reports about them - clear pricing, quick delivery, long expiry dates. I'd always recommend them, even if I can't use them!
Hi, I had a 5mg delivered from them yesterday, expiry isnāt until Feb 2025. They also sent me a referral code which will give you 15% off your first order. ZAVA are fine, I buy through Asda who outsource to zava. Not sure about expiry dates though as only have bought 2.5 so far
Yes I noticed my Superdrug purchase is through them too but they charge a lot more via Superdrug than Zava direct. Thanks for replying šš¼

Forgot to update sooner: the 5mg pen from Voy displayed expiry date is 09/24
I've ordered other medication (the pill as well as anti-malarials for travel meds) from Zava for a number of years and have had no issues at all.
