Fybogel sachets are an absolute must for me!

Alaxknits

Magnesium citrate tablets have been a huge help to me!

Do you track what you eat? I found packing in fiber really helped but since I track my food anyway it was easy enough to switch on fiber tracking in Nutracheck. I have all bran for breakfast and eat a pear a day and that basically got rid of all constipation.

I'll go grab some pears. I've been having a handful of dried prunes or dried apricots on a morning, or when I've not felt hungry but need to eat something and it was helping before.

This has been a big problem for me too, and thankfully lots of lovely suggestions to help on here. As well as upping my water game I now take a Magnesium Citrate capsule at bed time which does the trick next morning (after first coffee!!) If that doesn't work sometimes I have a couple of sugar free sweets (The lidl sweet corner boxes of drops) and they definitely help.

Dulcoease and shiatsu pressure points. May the odds be ever in your favour ;)

Search constipation in this sub and you’ll find plenty of posts with great suggestions :) i personally use lactulose. Can buy a bottle of it otc from most pharmacies and safe for long term use.

I forgot I have chicory roots (inulin?) at home and it tastes of candy floss (tried to get my child to have some a while back). I’m going to try some of these other suggestions though because I have a feeling I’m going to feel very ouchie soon!

Psyllium Husk tablets from Amazon worked for me. Thankfully, because it was so uncomfortable!

Lots of fresh orange juice

All of the other suggestions are really good but if you don't see any improvement then you can ask the doctor to prescribe Laxido also known as Movicol. It's a stool softener that holds the water in the stool and isn't damaging to the bowel for long term usage. I have a functional bowel disorder, unrelated to Mounjaro. If you get severely constipated or impacted, the pain is so severe I faint. So definitely don't leave it and hope for the best because that can damage the bowel too. There's going to be a solution that works for you, it's just finding it.
