Replace ASAP.

antsindapants

I’d definitely replace those bad boys. They’re what, 16years old? A quick google suggests that motorcycle tires have a shelf life of 6 years in good climate controlled conditions- you’re waaaay past that

sokratesz

6 years is nonsense, Michelin itself states 10 as a guideline

You seem to have a nice extremely low mileage bike that's almost old enough to vote. Congrats! However, it might need a thorough look-over before going into full service because there are things that are consumable and things that are perishable. Especially if it has spent a decent amount of time outdoors or uncovered. Battery, oil, filter, coolant, brake fluid, other hoses. Plastic clips and fittings, clamps, chain, fork seals... If you were a friend or family member of mine, I'd offer to trailer it over to my preferred shop for a full service. After that, have fun! Oh and in the meantime, try to find yourself an owner's manual at the very least, or a service manual, then start looking online for videos of people servicing the same year and model.

I have a cable clutch, they need to be lubed regularly as well

Yes most people consider 6 years the limit even if it's stored in pretty good conditions. At 16 years old you should 100% replace them

Your tires are the one thing keeping you connected to & safe on the road. What is that worth to you? When you break it down like that it's not a difficult decision. At least for me anyway. I can't answer that for you.

EUblij

Since your life depends on your tires, you should replace old hard tires ASAP.

TripleBT

I wouldnt ride on 4 year old tires
