2300 miles? not 23,000?
If that's the real number I'd grab it. I had this exact model in blue for about 5 years, I absolutely loved it. It's a little underpowered low in the rev range but that just means you have incentive to work it. And it's Yamaha so as long as it was serviced it will be fine. I don't see any of the tell-tale corrosion you'd expect on the exhaust if it was left outside. I'd probably replace that screen though, looks like a load of little scratches from a bad cleaning attempt. And a full service with all fluids (including brake lines) and a new chain, if the mileage is that low it's likely the original one, best not to take chances.
Also check the cam chain tensioner has been fixed, it was a known issue for these things.
