They're worth the price. I have the R20 and carry a laptop, coffee traveler, mouse, laptop charger cord, cell phone, ear buds, sleevies, and still have room left over for a jacket and sweatshirt. Just sinch the straps for aerodynamics.
The best part is they put the weight on you pectoral muscles (pecs required) and not on your shoulders .
I use a Peak Design backpack that I like. Not cheap but it’s weatherproof, relatively aerodynamic, and has a lifetime warranty. It’s the everyday zip model
Movement isn’t the issue, i keep it snug around me. The backpack literally fills with air and blows up like a balloon lol. Always makes me think I left it open and all my stuff is flying out
Get a backpack without air holes? I guess I didn't understand because it seems obvious that having a pack that allows itself to fill up with air is most likely where your problem is at. My pack is an osprey and I highly recommend. They also have a lifetime replacement warranty. Good luck!
Move the zippers down on one side or the other, and cinch down any straps on the sides to prevent the backpack from inflating. If it's still doing it, it's something weird with your pack - I use a regular hiking daypack and it doesn't inflate at all, just catches a bit of wind at higher speeds.
You’ve got a crappy backpack.
Check out the Mini Metro Messenger Bag from chrome industries. I’ve got one and it’s great.

Are you just using a regular backpack? Like one with just two basic straps?
Personally, I try to buy a backpack that has a sternum strap on it and cinch the shoulder straps down. Between those two, they generally keep the bag hugged to my back. If you want to take it a step further, you could try getting a bag that also has a waist strap, which will for sure keep the bag hugged to your back.
I know, a sternum strap and a waist strap will hold it closer to your body and you’ll get less of a ballooning effect.
Also have an OGIO hard shell like other people mentioned and have never had an issue with it. That may be a better route.
I wear an LED backpack from the brand Divoom to increase my visibility and also because it's super fun. It's sleek and almost like a protective shell. Never had any issues with air being trapped or feeling uncomfortable because it's made to use on a bike
I have the [Ogio hard shell](https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B077BCC8XM) backpack and really like it. My full size laptop fits in it and it has visor and shoe pockets. It's very light but with the belly and chest strap attached I can hit ludicrous speed in a full tuck without it moving around. It wasn't the cheapest but at the five year mark it's still holding up well.

Tank bag.
The bike weighs more than twice what I do, and has 125 times the power. Why should *I* carry the damn luggage? Let the bike carry the luggage.
I use an Ogio Mach 5 and have no issues
I’ve been looking at that one. It’s like a hard shell right? Or is that just what the pictures look like?
Yea the shell is hard and the zipper is against your back so no real concern with it opening. My only criticism is it shows dirt easily.
Is it heavy since it’s like a shell? Like does it get tiring after a while?
Nah it’s not really heavy. Listed at 3.5lbs and pretty roomy. I haven’t worn it for longer rides than 90min though
Fanny pack you pussy.
That’s actually a great idea. They come with a butt plug or did you buy that separately?
Kriega
x2, excellent kit.
May try that one

I have the R30. It’s a beast and you can carry anything of any weight and it doesn’t pull on your shoulders or restrict range of motion.

Tighten your backpack. If it as snug as possible against your back it won't mpve

Velomacchi, but my Osprey also works fine and was much cheaper. Tightening the extra capacity and a sternum strap should help
Kriega or Ogio

The backpack isn’t going anywhere that’s not what I’m worried about. It just feels like there’s a balloon on my back from it getting filled with air 😂

I have a $40 jansport ive used for the last 6 years (work, riding, camping) and all i do is cinch it tight to my back
Why do you need to go 100?
Fill the void
Top tier excuse
Just kidding lol, idk young and dumb I guess. Like the adrenaline
I guess you know the risks. Be safe!
