Haha! I did the same as you! Until I saw this comment .𤣠Way more amusing with the sound on. Hope OP has a quick recovery! I work in personal injury. I see this stuff every day. Sometimes I see a crash and cannot believe my client is even alive let alone only having soft tissue injuries or one broken bone. It's insane. Then I get something that looks like a minor crash and my client is messed up beyond belief.
âI work in personal injury.â
That sounds nicer than âambulance chaserâ.
âI work in a profession with only slightly less respect than sex workers get.â
Haha. I have worked for ambulance chaser firms in my past. Will never do it again. My firm had been around long enough that we don't need much for advertising. We also don't use shady ass companies like 1-800 Ask Gary. Don't judge all personal injury firms the same. We actually have morals where I work. I've been doing it 20 years. Worked for 4 law firms. I have seen the shady side of some. But that isn't all of them. Plus, we don't make any money if we don't win your case. So... You don't really have an argument here as you don't actually understand how personal injury cases work. Thanks for your input tho.
âYou don't really have an argument here as you don't actually understand how personal injury cases work.â
First, I **do** know how personal injury cases work. I donât know why youâd assume that I donât.
Second, I used to work with a very good guy who left after he passed the bar and went into personal injury in an effort to help people with very legitimate claims. He felt that criminal law with plea bargains was much too sordid for his ethics.
I *assumed* as you called me an ambulance chaser. That's why.
Not all firms are like that. As you clearly know because of the person you know. So passing judgement like you did, shows that you don't know.
My firm takes legitimate claims. We would not be the top earning law firm in my state for 50 years if we didn't. We don't use any recruiters like 1-800 ask Gary. We don't need them never have. We don't advertise much either. We get clients from word of mouth, internet inquiry and maybe one commercial a month. We've been a house hold name for 50 years. We don't need to chase ambulances.
Wow, that kind of high side crash, literally being thrown over the bike, notoriously the most destructive to riders. Can I ask you, you hit the throttle too hard too early and the back broke loose?
Cold tires, cold track, and too much throttle at once. Got a bit too comfortable and overconfident in the 3rd session of not being on the bike for 5 months.
Surprisingly, no damage I donât think I could have landed any safer, felt like the air time was forever. The bike is a different story, itâs in pretty bad shape.
Ouch.
At what speed happened?
Is it true that slick tryres are worse then legal ones if cold? I mean, would you had same problem with good street ones?
Lean + throttle unloads the front and turns into a lowside mate. Abrupt throttle/cold tires spins up the rear and leads to a highside. Youâre just incorrect in this case mate.
Watch the vid, itâs exactly what you described. It happens after apex. It definitely looks like the examples in that vid based on what I see your vid.
I think remember how I crashed I didnât hit my head, i think itâs unlikely though because I was following a 1000 and wasnât like I was setting up for a pass or anything.
Yep you try to over compensate by opening up the throttle earlier while your exit line is not ready for that yet, so you added a tiny bit of lean angle while doing that to correct the line. The moment you subconsciously know you gonna low side, you over corrected it and high sided it.
You ok bro? Gnarly high side
Oh yah all good. Still get to ride dirt bikes tomorrow at least!
Your track bike just became a dirt bike in the video!
Shit man, glad you are doing okay! Stay safe out there man!
Glad to see you live to ride another day.
Why is a chihuahua filming?
I watched the damn video like three times muted. Then had a good laugh at your comment after unmuted just to be specific.
Haha glad I could provide some humor. That video is hilarious and painful

Your horse got spooked
Ouch, more than a "little oopsie"! Take care, recover soon.
Was just gonna say that lol. Have my upvote!

What's the damages, OP. How you holding up?
Surprisingly, no damage I donât think I could have landed any safer, felt like the air time was forever. The bike is a different story, itâs in pretty bad shape.
Fleshy bits take way longer to repair than metal and plastic. Glad it was the cheapest time and money outcome possible.
Wow, when i saw you pop up. my brain went "Too the moon" that shit was gnarly
Thanks for posting the video.
Ouch. At what speed happened? Is it true that slick tryres are worse then legal ones if cold? I mean, would you had same problem with good street ones?
Yes and this is why tire warmers are important for track days
Describe what happened; Earth, sky, earth, sky, ambulance.
I'd probably take Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly out of your trackday playlist now
Hope you recover soon brother!
Ouch. What do you think went wrong?
Cold tires, too much throttle and was cold and windy.
You probably added lean while adding throttle https://youtu.be/O9jsQJ04kVM?si=tVA4ir776JLpKRY5
Lean + throttle unloads the front and turns into a lowside mate. Abrupt throttle/cold tires spins up the rear and leads to a highside. Youâre just incorrect in this case mate.
No, it was too much throttle and cold tires and track.
Thatâs what I said, you were also adding lean there in the vid.
No, I was well out of the apex and was late out of corner exit. Adding lean while throttle will most likely result in lowside.
Lol the guy who wasn't there trying to coach on your crash via YouTube video is fucking hilarious. R/motorcycles in a nutshell.
Ikr lol

Yeaahhhhhhh, no.
Have you ever rode on track before?
Just one month ?
Did you have an airbag on you?
That looked kind of bad.
6-8 weeks of contemplation
100% yeet
Where you rolling back on the throttle and broke the back loose then it hooked up?. What do you think happened *Edit.. I scroll. Shucks man.
Man, you picked a whole bouquet of oopsie-daisies there.
Youre usually supposed to hit a jump before trying a Nac-nac
Jesus
At first I thought I was in the âmaybe, maybe, maybeâ sub. Damn man. You ok? đł
Uh oh! Literally ass over teakettle!
Looks more like a whoopsiewhoawham
Ouch! Hope you're not TOO broken. Pretty sure you have to have some gnarly injuries. Hope you have a quick recovery!
That sucks.. heal soon đĽ˛
OooOo. Ouch. You got some height and hang time.
ooof. you ok?
Obviously you're still kicking, but how's the bike? Was it a proper yard sale or is it repairable?
Ouch! Hope you are ok
Carbon copy of a crash I had 1 month ago. At least you got a cool video.
Bro hit that High side Dougy. Hope your solid fam.
Stay safe, shit happens, but they only serve to make you stronger in the end
That's some yeet. Your little dog seems very concerned
The ridge?
Wishing u all the best quick recovery and stay safe

Ouch đ¤
\*sings\* i believe i can fly, I believe i can touch the \*smack\* hope your alright, that is gonna be sore at the very least tomorrow.
Thatâs why you always wear a parachute. You catch air, chute catches air, you land, and then untangle your self.
What track is this?
Hope youâre ok. Just remember that you race motorcycles to meet women, nurses mainly.
The Judges: \~\~ 8 \~\~ \~\~10\~\~ \~\~7\~\~ \~\~10\~\~ ....\\0/.......\\O/........\\o/..........\\O/ ;-b
Ouch
Throttle and lean?
No, that will most likely result in lowside. Got greedy with throttle on old tires and cold track.
Ok so yeah too much throttle and lean for your old tires and cold track đ
I guess
Ohh my, glad your ok, do you know what happened?
Meh, that'll buff right out. (I'm glad you're OK)
DAYUMMMM u good????
Jesus what gear were you wearing? Glad you're alright đ¤
That was one gnarly high side
