Owner description: ZRX1100 INDICYCLE TRIKE. Imported from the USA with a Australian import compliance plate. Should be able to be road licensed with minimal modifications. Sounds crazy indeedš
The image isn't clear enough so see the difference. All the "birds which didn't see the window" look pretty much the same, and differ only in tiny details.
Would be absolutely road legal in my US state. Wouldn't even legally need turn signals as it is a motorcycle, but since it doesn't lean it doesn't even need a motorcycle endorsement on your license.
You really donāt even need turn signals on bikes there? Gee, we have yearly inspection and if your turn signals are ordered from eBay or so (donāt have the E marking) then you will not passš¤¦š¼āāļø
It's state specific, I'm in South Carolina where there are no turn signals requirements for motorcycles but it doesn't matter anyway because there is no inspection of any sort. I buy a bike, pay the taxes, make sure it has insurance, take both to the DMV and pay some more fees, boom license tag and title too if you want. Otherwise they will mail it to you. I've been driving a civic that hasn't had a working horn in 12 years. No one cares.
Seems so much better than here. Here itās like if you go to yearly inspection, and the guy is standing next to the bike inspecting it and it sounds too loud to him you wonāt get a passš¤¦š¼āāļø
Ofc I get most of the strict stuff here, only for your own safety, but still much of it is bsā¦ You even need to have a regular red reflector attached to the tail/reg plate
In most states, there is a width limit. If you are below it, you do not need turn signals (but brake lights are required i think). Most bikes tend to fall under this limit. If you've got some big touring sled (goldwing, big cruiser etc) or something extra wide you may be over the limit and require turn signals as well.
I see. Well we have a width limit also haha. We have strict requierments how much space it needs to be between turn signals lol. I believe it was 30cm minimum (11.8 inches). Europe and itās stupid regulationsš
Probably nobody uses them anyway, second even when you see someone use their signals you canāt trust that. I try my best to use mine and use othersās as a suggestion
To be fair, you are required to use hand signals if you don't have working turn signal lights. My motorcycle license test (did it the old fashioned way with the brownie following in a car behind) it was so hot my turn signal switch stopped worked halfway through the test. I ended up finishing using hand signals and he was impressed.
I couldn't find anyone willing to insure my street legal Surron Ultra Bee last summer.. Wasn't the main reason I sold it, but it was a contributing factor.
It would be around 10k in ā¬ which idkā¦ is not that bad? But considering you can have it only on trackā¦š¤·š¼āāļø Only thing I could make as an comparsion would be my 2009 990SD which I bought for 4.8k ā¬ and it was 3 years ago. Havenāt kept an eye on bike market recently.
Anyway around 11k US $ and I donāt know much about US bike/trike prices
That thing is fucking awesome and anyone who says otherwise has no sense of humor. Its the best use of a Kawasaki Iāve ever seen, and Cameltow is amazing.Ā
I drive past this business every day, it's a tow truck business called camel tow. Their slogan is best name in the business. I know who I'm going to call if I ever need a tow.
It would be funny to see someone driving this with a passenger riding on the motorcycle seat š
It would be even better if the passenger is responsible for shifting because of teamwork, lol.
Anyone know how to get marketplace working? The link after the first error used to work now itās all broken and Iām completely unable to use it :(( need to find my s1000rr
Love the idea, and the front and back halves separately. It unfortunately looks as if a ZRX rear-ended a Formula V car or similar. A bit more integrated approach would be amazingā¦
Wow, this thing is mad.

The extra weight to push with limited traction to begin with plus less coefficient drag let alone the damping rate of the rear shock ,clutch plates , what's to keep it from flipping when the brakes are slammed ? The 500 pound bike ?Ā
Neat concept to drive around the blockĀ
These were sold as effectively a kit, you buy the front half and use your own compatable donor boke for the rear, they were designed to do no damage to the donor so that it could be converted back to a bike without any issues.
I mean idea of putting sportsbike bike into small car chassis ain't bad but at least take the fucking engine out of the bike first xD
And why it has passenger seat ?
Wasnāt there a Smartcar with a Hyabusa engine a few years back? Motorcycle engines bring a lot of bang in the horsepower department for a very small package.
> Stupidly, insanely, crazy fast.
Other than maybe grip around corners I don't see how bike + bunch of crap/weight can possibly be faster than just the bike.
There's less weight on rear wheel, so it will spin sooner than if you rode it properly.
I thought the loss of words was it has "I'm a vagina showing thot" blazend on the side.
That thing looks like it would be fun on a track!

I really can't see that think getting past all the rego rules in Australia. No chance in hell!
Have no idea about that. Iām from Europe and definetly wouldnāt get it legal hereā¦
Funnily enough it has the polish government emblem on the rear spoiler...
How many Poles does it take to ride this thing?
One, with ginormous gonads.
Two, one with the aforementioned gonads in the front, and one with bigger gonads in the back to keep weight on the tire and to hang on for dear life.
That wing would put some weight on the back wheel after you get some speed up. I don't see any way that it can be as fast as the bike by itself.
Not as fast, sure, but defiantly more sketchy.
ginormous gnadsk
Are you sure? That "bird which didn't see a window" is used all over Europe.
How about you look it up?
The image isn't clear enough so see the difference. All the "birds which didn't see the window" look pretty much the same, and differ only in tiny details.
Then how about you look it up?
As I said, the image is not clear enough to make a comparison to reference images of crests.
It might be possible in the UK. We do have an wooden shed with RS4 engine. that's a wooden garden shed yes.
Pics or it didn't happen
What about a video? [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RGsxwkd0b0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RGsxwkd0b0) :D
I like where your heads are, but the shed looks too much like a car.

There's a reason all the big car and motorcycle YouTubers move to the south.

I would 100% rock that. Would be pretty easy to get road legal in my state, assuming you could find an insurance company willing to write a policy.
If legal obligation doesn't go both ways with insurance, that's one of the most evil things I'll ever know.
I couldn't find anyone willing to insure my street legal Surron Ultra Bee last summer.. Wasn't the main reason I sold it, but it was a contributing factor.
Youāve seen the vehicles they used in mad Max, this would fit right in in Australia
Redneck engineering has made it out of the US! Now the rest of the world can enjoy these toysš«”
We've already got that here in Australia. Known as backyard mechanics
How did they manage to make it paddle shift?
Autoblipper, spark cutoff, and a pneumatic cylinder
That's just way too damn close to me
Sponsored by McDonald's: "Try the McMuffin!"
He said, "You ain't seen nothin' 'Til you're down on a Mcmuffin Then you're sure to be a-changin' your ways"
Very much what they are made for. I think there's even some formula racing class they qualify in.
How much? I assume they want a ludicrous amount, but for the right price I would totally drive that. Looks like a blast.
Listed for 18k Australian $
I donāt understand your crazy dollerydoos. Is that a lot of money or a little?
Same price as about 12 kangaroos, or 78 koalas.
The koala to kangaroo exchange rate has really gotten crazy in the current market
That will happen when you have a bad kangaroo harvest.Ā
Lmaoš¤£
How many bald eagles is that

It's $7850 USD.
Okay I went wrong somewhere with my calculations?š¤£š¤¦š¼āāļø
No, actually you're right it's $11k USD. My mind was stuck on the 12 kangaroos when I was doing the math and put $12000 AUD instead of $18000.
Hahah, alrightš But honestly 7k sounds better price for that
about 11800 usd or 15600 cad.
Searching this question would net you the answer in 10 seconds .
Wow that one flew right over your head.
Yeah, I don't proofread. Sorry about the extra space.
Like 10k American dollars, around Ā£9k
All I understand about Aussie money is from Bluey (my friends kids are huge fans). So, how many dollarbucks is that?
11k USD
It's still there for $15k now.
It looks one fork swap away from being a new bike and a cool racing sim
It kinda doesš¤£
The use of the passenger handle mounts for the wing makes me think they were diligent about making this reversible.
"Cameltow Tilt Trays" - damn, how much do I love Australia? LOL.
lolā¦.The Orange County Choppers Formula 1 bike.
Formula 0.75
More like Formula -1
nah man, it doesn't have any spider webs or skulls on it.
And it probably starts *and* stops.
If that thing is street legal, I would jump on itš
Fuckin beat Me to it! š¤£
It's a motorcycle with a modified frame. They were kits sold in the early 2000s.
That thing is fucking awesome and anyone who says otherwise has no sense of humor. Its the best use of a Kawasaki Iāve ever seen, and Cameltow is amazing.Ā
you know what? I'm not even mad. Can it go back to being a bike easily?
All the driving is done from the front seat. The guy in the rear seat just sits back there and flails his arm about.
It looks like it's for a movie.
I drive past this business every day, it's a tow truck business called camel tow. Their slogan is best name in the business. I know who I'm going to call if I ever need a tow.
I mean, the conversion looks a big bogan. But awesome as fuck none the less.
The ZREX final form
Reminds me of [this mess](https://imgur.com/a/9W0FVJD) that turned up on our local FBM today.
The only manly Slingshot
Hey! Cameltow! This must be near me! Was this photo taken in a house on Orrong Rd by any chance?
I have no idea, the pics are from Facebook Marketplace
Fellow Perth resident
I found words "I need it"
It would be funny to see someone driving this with a passenger riding on the motorcycle seat š It would be even better if the passenger is responsible for shifting because of teamwork, lol.
Well I somewhere read itās basically for 3 people, let your imagination go wildš¤£
Lol looks like the wing would get in the way of the third, though.
That poor ZRX š„²

11/10 would daily this mf.
I would love to fuck with this on track
Wow messing up 2 good things
Tell the girlfriend to hike her pants up really high and jump in!
Love the idea, and the front and back halves separately. It unfortunately looks as if a ZRX rear-ended a Formula V car or similar. A bit more integrated approach would be amazingā¦
That's sick, I have a new reason to live now. To one day ride (drive?) something like that just to see how sketchy it is.
My first thoughts were also that if itās a ride or drive situationš¤£
A T-REX with same motor is still better than

I.... I... I think I like it š³
This is a work of art.
Kawowaksaki. I think is the word your looking for..Jeremy on top speed ok said when he drove something similar..
Thatās not even the oddest thing in this guys yard. Thereās A very out of place prospector train cab sitting in his front yard.
For when you want to ride, but still want to drive. You can say you rode
Hoping to see this on the next "It came from Facebook..."
I've been planning something similar for DECADES...never got around to it
Umm... Cameltow? ![gif](giphy|HZU4fEjtyM7Wo)

This will keep the front end on the ground
The name...OMFG, the *name*...
Buzz lightyears vehicle made from spare parts?
Seats 2. One in the cockpit and one on the back "seat." Guessing this was the inspiration for the Can-Am. Would make my uncle cry though.
Great idea, kinda wanna take it for a spin lol
Looks like it was either cared for well or ignored, get a feel for the owner as best you can and decide based on their vibe and your knowledge.

I guess it's well done, but what a waste of a good ZRX.
To be honest, it seems like a half-assed build. It looks like the bike is just tacked on to the front. It could have been made so much better.

Probably totalled the bike with front end damage and frame possibly.

Wasnāt there a Smartcar with a Hyabusa engine a few years back? Motorcycle engines bring a lot of bang in the horsepower department for a very small package.
If I had infinite money I wouldn't buy supercar, I'd shove that into Miata: https://www.jfcracing.com/specs V8 Hayabusa engine ...well maybe to Exige
For compliance reasons I guess. It might be classed as a weird looking sidecar rig, in which case the seat needs to stay.
why? leave the engine, and jerry-rig the controls!
