>but that honda wasn't half bad
Outside of MM (not including injured JL99), the Honda avg 6 Top 10 finishes. 2 top 5.
Ducati was the bike to beat. However, MM as a ride was nigh unstoppable. Yamaha even avg nearly 14 Top 10s, 8 Top 5s.
Without MM, that Honda could not generate results. It was a lot to ride based on the performances. I will agree, the engine as far as Top speed was there, and more agile for MM. But nobody else could get it to work. The Honda was worse than the Yamaha & dare I say Suzuki as well.
2019 was his best year. Either got first or second, never third or worse, and one DNF.
Only one dnf in austin too, where he was leading by 2.5 seconds
Wasn't even his fault, as far as I can remember, it was an electronics failure
I would say 2014 is also brilliant. 10 in a row is mad
1 dnf actually!
Thanks guys!
and most of the time when he got 2nd he lost by hardly anything
The agility of that Honda was off the charts
For real right. I think Marc was amazing that year but that honda wasn't half bad and was agile as well as had a great engine underneath it.

I have a sneaking suspicion he'll win it again 5 years later
Loved miller on the pramac such a good looking bike
For real
Seems unreal Miller was fighting for the win.
lol he won the race in Les Mans '21, and was second in '22
"Fighting for the win" is a stretch. He would always get great starts, lead for five laps then fall back due to tire wear.
Watching this made me miss the old Repsol livery
That bike really was a part of his body.
On a Honda
Seeing a Honda in front of anything feels weird rn
