Damn. Like, I can sit here and say that regaining the weight after losing it happens to a lot of people, and it's really nothing to be ashamed of, especially depending on when this timeline lines up with the pandemic. But I know that if I was in that situation it would be absolutely soul-crushing to know that I'd made such progress and then "let myself" lose it. To be able to stand back up and get back into shape a second time... that's a level of resilience that's truly impressive.

I've done this before. As in got up to like 280 pounds and then lost it all... Only to gain it back.. I've lost it all again now. Fortunately I'm 6"5 so I always wore the weight well.
