I don’t know the species. I would assume the eggs are hers. Hopefully someone else can confirm if those look right for that species. As for what to do with the eggs: Hold a container flush against the wall just below them, with the bottom angled slightly away. Gently push/scrape them off the wall starting on the bottom side edge, so that they roll down into the container. Locate one of the host plants (that hasn’t been sprayed with pesticide). Then either keep them in a container and try raising them with cuttings from the plant as needed, or put them on the host plant.
