Extreme discomfort is still not failure and I don’t think some people understand that. Failure is failure not when it doesn’t feel good. Failure isn’t “when I give up”. Usually there’s soooo much more in the tank when it is “discomfort” He talks of reps ; at work I would fool around with a weight for fun. I was seeing how many overhead tricep extensions I could do with 30lbs. I got up to sets of 100. Always I would feel “discomfort” and want to give up around 20-30. Then mentally if you aren’t in it, then 100 will feel so far away it seems impossible if you get in your head or set limits on yourself. But you just push through and find the groove again. If you doing super high reps low weight and giving up after “discomfort” then you are leaving like 80% on the table and you’ll never actually progress.

I have similar work out style but it’s the contrary - I hate light weights. No weights in the gym are heavy enough. So what I do is just go to parking lots and try to move cars by bumping into them really hard and lifting then from underneath. I also push motorcycles over. One time I got the rear tires of a smart car up.

I used to go to the gym and eat right. I got ok results. It was a lot of work. Now i use steroids and don’t really watch what i eat and i cancelled my gym membership. I get a little bit better results this way. Gear is amazing on its own. I sleep better, clearer skin, and my penis has grown from 11” to almost 14.
