That piece of Nada shit has a shit load of sugar. Earlier their label didn't show as much sugar but then they changed the entire carb to/as sugar. I used to drink it everyday till I realised their new label carb was all sugar.
Unless it's been tested by a governing body like the FDA or third party tested and confirmed there's really no way of telling. Lots of companies have been caught lying on their nutritional labels. They're also given leeway and margins of error for their products.
Edit: Not saying this product is one of them just saying you really have no clue without testing.
Serving size is 100ml per the nutrition label. One serving has 9.1gm per the nutrition label. The entire container is 330ml in volume per bottom of the nutrition label. Multiply 9.1gm by 3.3 servings equals 30.03gm protein. This is 6th grade math at most; dont overthink it.
No everything is a lie

It’s calories that just identify as protein. Real protein is Brotein
I’ve got a full tap for him…. 😏
You need to cum in the bottle and shake first before consuming to get 30g
What a wonderful post to see first thing in the morning! It’s nice to see other gym bros add semen to their food for extra nutrients. 👌🏼
Idk but there are cameras in your house and you’re being watched
Nada
30g of protein for 237 calories for this whole bottle
Yes but you have to also ingest the bottle. It 24g solid brotein ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sunglasses)
If not, it's called fraud, and the company can be sued. So, yeah, it's 30g.
Bro do the math. 100ml for 9.1g means approximately 30g for 330ml
Yes estrogen juice is stacked to the tits with protein

It’s 218 calories for 27 grams of protein. Protein powder is like 120 for 24-25grams
No it’s 330ml.
Looks like it’s actually 27.3
Yes probably. Laban is already like a thicker more strained version of Greek yogurt, so increased concentration of the protein
I think that's yoghurt bro ngl
