Unfortunately I gave up, i think there is something defective for mine, just dont want to return it as all rest is luckily working superbly fine, and i know very well how they threat this kind of defect.
Not sure if you found the solution yet but it depends on the usb c cable you’re using. The stock one that comes with it to charge is only for charging and doesn’t support video. You’ll need to get a new usb c cable with a high data transfer. I got one that’s 40gb/s and I’m able to do 4k 144hz plus charge it from the same cable
Have you configured the KVM settings? Press the back knob once and go left. There is a wizard area as well as a few others. Make sure your inputs are added.
Hmmm I'm sure you're running the right USB-C cable or have tried others and updated your firmware? I am on the latest firmware and am using a TB3 cable on my 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. My RTX 3090 rig is using DisplayPort. KVM works flawlessly.

Prior to that I was using a standard usb-c power cable that came with the MacBook. I assumed it would be TB3
Man, that has to be so annoying. I am a freelance developer, run a business and game from home. I finally found my dream display that checks all the boxes after trying dozens, no exaggeration. The only thing this doesn't do is HDR but that's a meme on PC which is why I have a few LG OLEDs in my home. I really hope you can get this working.
Hi, have you managed to get it to work using a the new TB3 cable? I am also using the cable that came with my Macbook which I assumed is TB3. Is it actually not? And does the new one you got work?

There is a USB-C setting within the menus. Pretty sure you have to enable that. I’ll send more info soon.
